Serching for high quality sound with com pact and less expensive gear is an eternal journey... Can be 100$ cheaper with using a cable for MIDI connection.
Good video, but I have the problem that the Kemper sometimes doesn't react at all to the Mongoose. Although I don't change anything in the configuration of the Mongoose. It's a game of chance whether it works or not. I think the Player has a problem with the data protocol. Or i‘m just an idiot… don‘t know😥
Is the programming easy? Care to share the midi command info? I’m horrible at midi and can’t figure things out. Are they program changes? Do they control 1-5 on all banks, or does it constantly go back to a certain bank?
It's Program Change and the Rig of Kemper player corresponds to each number of Program change. So without any setting, each foot switch will load 1-5 on the bank. To change the bank, step on two foot switches at the same time (+5 will call the next bank and -5 will call the previous bank).
