...from the design view its very inviting and cozy, we love the plants around but we must not forget the daily maintenance of the terraces, gardens, cushions, carpets, type of tiles and wood used for more sustainability and so on.....unless you have an army helping you on a daily basis with keeping your whole plot immaculately trimmed and clean...., specially on rainy days....

Med design but of the western Med, Portugal, Spain, the adjacent Islands and maybe some parts of the western islands of Italy but not of Italy, most of the Adriatic coast or Greece. Don’t get me wrong but these are beautiful homes.

In Southern Italy, or Sicily where I live, these homes depicted with ocean view , will set you back, €400,000+. With only mountain views, €270,000. The prices mean mint condition but expect to refresh kitchen and bathrooms.
