I have made these, except being in SE Georgia, I sauté vidalia onion with my ground beef and make a dipping sauce with mayo, chopped pickle and Dijon mustard. This is the great thing about what you do, we can all get inspiration and do us. Another idea is to melt cheese into the ground beef. GRIDDLE ON!!

Looks great!!! Next, make a Rueben egg roll! Those are awesome. I wish my Blackstone could deep fry like that. It doesn't get hot enough. Seems to have a problem since I installed the natural gas conversion kit, no where near as hot as it used to get with LP.
What a great idea! Maybe get the oil closer to the higher side because the moment you put those egg rolls in the temp will drop quite a bit. Nice vid boys.

Hey, you guys finally got to my request and did my egg rolls. The egg roll conkonktions are endless. You can even make breakfast egg rolls and everything in between. The egg rolls must of tasted great, as they got 3 snaps. I'm waiting for the cook that's going to get 3 snaps and a little jig, lol. Thanks for the video guys and as always, GRIDDLE ON DUDES.

Do you ever add onion, garlic, and cumin. If you place the meat in a bowl and massage the spices into the meat you get an incredible flavor through all the meat, whether or not you Molida the meat or make into Patties just a culinary trick, give it a try you’ll see how the flavors layer
