thank you for the nice and detailed video. i have the go7 with c map and i have some questions. how can i record my route when i'm just investigate a place without setting a specific route ? is there a start batton ? (on my mobile i have navionics and i press "start" to record the route). and is there an option to "record" the bottom while moving around ? thank you in advance. spiro from greece .....
great video! I live in the northeast and will have my boat in lake Winnipesaukee . Will this simrad be able to give me the same information as saltwater and ocean information? do i need to buy another chip for inland or does it come with that information?
Hi Joshua, the Simrad does have a built in base map. However, most folks opt for an aftermarket chart card for more detailed lake charting. Can this unit link to a trolling motor? I assume yes because there looks like a tab for it on the left side of the screen but I can't find info on what trolling motor it works with.
