I like the exterior of the two story houses though. It's like they only worried about the exterior and just threw the rooms together. LOL

i did even notice that we got new houses, i agree that some of them don't seem thought out and other cost to much for what they have. I like that in the white house you get sp items.
Tbh, I like the houses you guys designed waaaay better than the ones the games are offering. (*love the River House the best!*) Hope I can find them in the game!!
Lol Calvin was so passionate. I agree though that the price is quite high for some houses that you can design yourself especially since social points are so hard to get (well for me at least. I can't be bothered to do those tasks lol). I would really like some of the items in the houses though, like that vanity. So it's like it forces you to buy the houses just for those items which kinda sucks.
What happens if you buy a home but it says " This house contains features that you are yet to unlock and therefore cannot be edited. Are you sure you want to build this house?" so if I buy it will the stuff be in there?
If you submit an architect home and it gets chosen, do you earn simoleons? I hope it does because the cake farm & patio glitch have been patched in the Penthouse update. 😤😫😳

I rebuilt the second house you reviewed using screen shots of the house, cost me 2Sp, 24Lp, some simoleons for floors and rooms and furniture from my enventory :p 510 Sp my a** xD
And the eagle update is so STUPID because now i can buy a house but now are the houses only eagle houses. I hate iT!! On wich date is the eagle update over?

I usually do better at remodeling houses but now I'm glad to be practicing building my own.I could use some of the items that are unavailable to me. I could also use the Latin Villa (bah)Would really like to see them do something about Fences. How hard is that, really.One last thing, town value of these houses, nothing great there too. Thanks so much for excellent tutorial. There's a lot of confusion and useless debate going on from what I see. Thankfully someone linked your tutorial on my tiny little group. Panicking when there's still several days left is just plain silly. I'm just playing along with the game, keeping them working while I try to build 😉
Do you know anything about the criteria for a build to be selected as an architect home? For example, I've noticed recently they haven't been doing any premium-lot homes, only standard-lot... I have a premium home build I want to submit. 😕 Also, it's VERY close to the item limit.. Do you know if that's a disqualification?

Architect homes are being designed and submitted by players to the sims FREEPLAY team.one of my house is chosen by the sims freeplay during the easter update..

The houses shown in this video were not designed by players, however -- they were added to the game before players could submit houses so they were probably made by EA employees. We are not reviewing any player houses on our channel. Congrats on being included in the Easter update! That's really cool!
I like to earn LP by adding the maximum number of sims to my town, building a house that is equipped with ovens/cookers for the number of sims and making everyone do that hobby. Eventually you will earn LP from getting to the highest level for each sim and it's easy to accumulate all of the items (especially since there's the option to cook for 1 minute) and keep re-doing the task over again, earning 5 LP every time. Easy money really. Hope that helps :)
I missed out on completing all of the rug collection in the timed event but have since been offered it as the re-do after completing the kitten hobby for the first time. :)

My architect homes have an Easter Bunny theme. They didn't always have it because I purchased a nice house that is no longer available. How do I get rid of the Bunny Theme? I hate these homes.
m level 23 and planning to buy a architect home and said that I have some content yet to unlock. So that this means if I bought the house those content aren't included? Please help! I really want to buy the house I'm just not sure first because I may waste my money if those content is excluded.

i was playing sims one day and noticed the archives homes tab, i browsed through it but didn't purchase a house, the next day the tab was gone, does anybody know how to get it back? i really want to buy one now????

Hello. Firstly i love your videos and your houses designs. I am a huge fan. Secondly i was surprised to see these designs as architect homes. I think they don't worth the prices they charge for easy and common designs. I've seen here so fabulous designs from you and from others that they should put these houses instead of the existing ones. the real estate houses are even better than the architect ones. my opinion only

Hi. My toddler's skin is veryveryvery white, just like a ghost. This happend about 2 days ago and I don't know how to fix it. I tried with changing clothes and restart the game but It's not working. Have this ever happend to you? Cause I really wanna know how to fix her skin. And, I'm a new subscriber. :)

Is it just me or are most of these houses unworthy of being an architect homes? I think freeplay should focus on houses that have limited edition furniture.
Absolutely worth the harsh critic from you guys cus these houses are so horrendous! Can't believe they put them in the game instead of any of your build houses.

with all honesty, there are a lot of amazing original designs (yours also on the list) that never made it into architect house.. here I am excitedly going on 'amazing house' hunting everytime new houses comes out, only to meet disappointment. they are way too expensive with nothing much..
These look like rejects from the original house designs. Like someone just grabbed a file and pulled out 8 designs. There aren't any items outside of the basic options you start with.Feels like someone put a big joke on us. Just messing with our heads.I couldn't even remodel any of them. I'm not the best builder but even I could do this.

well i love this game its 1 of my favorites but i mean why does the ppl who made it made it with LOTS of things missing its not even worth it like make it a mansion if its gonna be that much like srssly i feel as if they just care about money and not about how we want the game to feeel to us like i dont think someone said oh make a house 547 life points
to be fair they aren't very good! looks like they didn't take the time to design and then add these too the game. they defiantly aren't like the premade houses we have, those are very well designed. I'm sure we could all make the same house for cheaper and make it better!
