Sims FreePlay - Indoor Pool Mansion (Original House Design)

This is a Sims FreePlay original house design for a Latin villa-inspired mansion with an indoor pool! In addition to the indoor pool, the house has three balcony bridges and also the special balcony and patio paving from the Sims FreePlay DIY Model Home (which was the free prize for completing the Sims FreePlay Basement Quest within 7 days). I was able to keep the special balconies and patios from the Sims FreePlay DIY Model Home with very careful remodeling, which I talk about in the video.
This is the first house on our channel which began life as the DIY Model Home and then went through a redesign in order to preserve the special patio and balcony tiling. For the others, check our videos:

+Fluffy MSP -- For simoleons, I recommend having sims constantly gardening. The shorter gardening tasks will make money faster than sending them to work, if you do them over and over again. If you watch our Let's Play from the Beginning series, especially as we get more sims in town, you might notice that we have a whole row of them gardening all the time. :)

I love this house! The pool is amazing. I tore down my one story mansion and built one of similar but more simplistic design. I am not up to your design standard but I do love my version of this house. It is beautiful!

Thanks so much for the shout-out guys! It was awesome! I love how you ask people to go see my channel and come back! I was giggling so much watching that! LOVE this house, I've already visited it twice haha. (Stalker alert) Also good tip with keeping the patio and balcony flooring from the DIY home! I haven't remodeled mine yet, thank god I kept it all as is. Now I can try and keep mine too!! :) x

Yay! So glad you like the house! It was actually a fun challenge to see how much I could save from the DIY home -- I hadn't planned it ahead and at one point I was basically juggling the balconies back and forth between each side of the building as I tried to make all the room layouts work without accidentally deleting something. :D I'm not sure about the roof -- feel like the paving isn't quite right but didn't like any of the others for it. And that island fence...meh. Owell! #perfectionistproblems

Make2 Hahahaha I FEEL you with the island fence. Could they have picked an uglier one? No, they really couldnt. I love it that the more I listen to your videos and chat with you I feel like I'm picking up on similarities with how we both approach design. Its so ace. I literally get so excited ...too excited? Maybe. Haha. To the point that I have to stop myself from sounding like a crazy lady most of the time. :P

Another one I love! I rebuilt the bones of this house for one of my families. It replaces the old one story mansion. Mine I made more of a Scandinavian themed home, with the outdoor gated area as a toddler play area, and the second master bedroom as a suite for a preteen girl. I also included a wood working area downstairs. It was so much fun to build!

Works fine as long as you ignore the fact that the toddler has complete access to the pool. Good thing Sim toddlers never fall in!

This is AMAZING! Is there a place I can find the design for this or have you made one of your amazing build tutorials for this? I have the diy home for the same reason ha. That is amazing. I was trying to find ways to bridge a balcony and I couldn't figure it out . I'm not even going to try it tho it sounds complicated

Yadi Acevedo It's not too complicated if the bridge is a short one. You can build a balcony out to three squares away from a building. So if you had two buildings (or two sides of a building) with six squares between, you should be able to draw a balcony between them without doing anything very special. :)

+Make2 Thanks for sharing this indoor pool mansion video; but I just posts to ask you both do you know if sims freeeplay developers would make the pool cleaner accessible to all sfp simmers especially those that can't access the online store; just asking. If no I hope they would soon make them available in the sfp outdoor store pool section tab for all simmers without having to get it from the online store only. Anyways I look forward to your reply a.s.a.p. tafs

+Sarah Jane Rugs are unlocked by completing the Dance to Remember quest (start at the park) within 7 days. Unfortunately I'm not sure if you can get any rugs at all if you miss the time limit.

In the puppy pals hobby the second time you do the hobby you can unlock rugs that's what I'm doing to get them (I'm level 32)

Yes, the first quest is Patio and it becomes available at Level 15. We have videos for all of the DIY quests on our channel. :)

+Holly Kirkwood Our GC is full, sorry. The pool paving is Latin pool paving which I think gets unlocked when you finish the Dance to Remember Quest, and possibly also the salsa dancing hobby.
