I love your videos can you please make a video giving more building tips I know you made one before but I would love another am very blocked right now when it comes to building houses in the Sims :(
My Sims are either modeled after family/pets who are no longer with us, or who are famous. Some of my celebrity Sims are: Princess Diana, Prince Charles, Camilla, Bono (and the rest of the guys from U2), Bono's wife Alli, and Richard Simmons, and Daenerys Targaryen.
Most of it is from different events. I can’t name it all, but when an event comes around, try to get all of the furniture. You can also get things in the online store. Sometimes special items are up for sale there.

To answer your questions, i try to always make one female and one male of each age group just to have a representative in my town. One way i make it fun for me is that i think of my favorite movie or celebrities and get inspiration for my sims characters, houses, jobs etc etc...😊
