Yes ! Was happy with the dd1 but with He and cube controls wheel I wasn’t in the ecosystem anymore. Wanted the podium quick release and pedals as well as wheels but they were to late for me :p
Cant wait to get mine in the mail!! The wait is killing me😅 went with the SC2 sport should be enough FF coming from a CSL Elite belt drive! Just one question, how is it with ACC? I heard it very difficult to get the settings right!
I saw you had a Fanatec DD1 before that now you have a simucube 2 pro. I have a fanatec DD2 and I would also like to buy a simucube 2 pro. I wanted to know if you are happy with your simucube 2 and is there really a difference with the fanatec? Thank you in advance for your response. cordially
I am really happy ! the first thing is the quick release. way more solid. dd1 is far from a bad wheel but they fucked up in the QR department. feels like its smooter and easier to catch slides. however I had the DD1 and maybe the dd2 is similar. I had the chance to switch and made it. SC QR is good, a few cons with 3 bolt pattern but nothing is perfect. I had less and less fanatec stuff so the good points to keep it were no there anymore there is always the fear you are gonna break something with high ffb cars but now it feel solid
i suggest you look at boosted media review. its definitely better but if it is worth the money to switch is your call. wheels are expensive though. wish I kept some of the fanatec wheels to convert
@@brodeur212 Hello, thank you very much for your reply. It's good I ordered a simucube 2 pro and an ascher steering wheel. Thank you again and good evening. Eloi
Depend if you are ready to buy more expensive wheels pr buy fanatec wheels and convert them. I would go simucube. A tad better in every department. Smoother, more reliable and the quick release is miles better
I really wanna switch from the DD2 to the SIMuCUBE 2 Pro. I’m so tired of the quick release system. It’s so aggravating. I’m not fully enjoying my setup because switching wheels is such a struggle.
