Grab a couple of chairs and SIT DOWN. If you're interviewing someone, it's an art to get out of the way, avoid the effusive, over-the-top "realizations" that blow your mind in real time - and in the end - avoid interrupting a great interviewee and wisdom resource in Jim.

Dear interviewer: you’re telling him what to say after showing him off to the audience. Consider using respectful language for instance, “Can you share more about..” “That’s fascinating, what are your thoughts on..” “I’d love to hear you elaborate more on..” Instead you’re saying: “Move forward.” “Speak about this. Now this. Now this.” Etc Show some respect to this fine fella.

Interesting to hear Jim speak and get slightly too complex. Elon Musk for example is completely different. Elon is obviously used to the public speaking side as a businessman as opposed to Jim, who will work largely on his own as referred to here. Both Elon and Jim being in a similar intelligence bracket. As for our animated friend with the mic ... This needed a much more informed and skilled interviewer to effectively extract and summarise quite a complex discussion with a complex mind. That said, he did make a boring subject alot more interesting what with his off piste style of interviewing.
