1) Wash 250 gr. of rice 2) Leave the rice to rest for 20 minutes immersed in cold water 3) Cut 2 potatoes into cubes 4) Cut 1 onion into cubes 5) Take a pan and turn on the heat over low heat 6) Add the oil seeds and onion 7) Add the soy sauce, salt and black pepper 8) Brown 9) Add the potatoes and plenty of water to cover everything 10) Add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree 11) Add the rice after draining it and water until covered 12) Cover with a lid or plate 13) Cook until the water dries 14) Add 2 eggs 15) Cover and cook until the eggs are cooked - - - Buon Appetito! - - -
