1) Cut 2 medium potatoes into cubes 2) Cut 150 g of stringy cheese into cubes 3) Chop a small onion 4) Heat salted water in a saucepan 5) Place 3 turns of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion 6) Add the cut potatoes and brown together with the onion for a couple of minutes 7) Add the hot water until the potatoes are covered 8) Cover for 10 minutes 9) Add the short pasta and the hot water for a a little at a time until the pasta is cooked 10) When the pasta is cooked, add a little olive oil, black pepper, 50 g of pecorino cheese and the pieces of stringy cheese 11) Mix well and Bon Appetito!
