Not too long. George usually bashes it out pretty fast, Pete follows suit. Guitars sometimes take a little longer if there's lots of overdubs or of I'm not too familiar with a specific live version. All in all a few days work, not counting the time when we're busy with other stuff.

@@PeoplesFrontofZeppelin i can honesty say few covers I'd actually go back and listen to again , when of course you can listen to the Mighty Led Zep do the original. But you guys are so damn good, that it is just brilliantly done . its music to my ears Absolutely moves me. That's hard to do! You know what i mean... Years ago my Brothers -n- law John , Michael and James. Practiced this one particular Song to no end. We all where on the same Wavelengths when it came to this Song. I myself on the Vocals. I have to admit to this day the best track we ever did got recorded by James our Guitarist. Anyone whom heard it was blown away, in the mid 90s. My own vocals i have to say that recording were powerful and comfortable whole band had it down. Even perfectionist James West said "That's the one"! So when i heard this i thought of how great you sound. Another level. We were darn good. I'd love to have heard my Vocals dubbed into your Version. Proud of them. And the feeling and heart and Soul YOU guys Play with is magnificent to hear. Thank you again foe a song that i totally connect with . To me, the greatest Blues Rock song i think I've. ever heard. .. Did you guys ever play this live with Vocals? Truly amazing. Place in my heart for "Im Gonna Crawl" last Blues Rock song i believe they ever did. Jeez.. I would agree , but Ivan played it with soul, and feeling for the song which is very much what Page did. The point here isn't to try to be Page, that's impossible, and why would you want to anyway. That's antithetical to musicality.

​@@BONHAMOLOGYYes I agree everyone will put their own spin and emotion on it. And that's important. As a guitar player myself, I get that. For me this effort didn't move me. I think he's playing a bit ahead of the beat...at least that's the way I hear it. He's doesn't seem deep enough in the pocket for my taste and it leaves me a bit cold. I grant you that other people will hear it differently and that's fine. Just my opinion.
