hello, can you please help me out? Bought a sinden and i cant make it work! I use pcsx2 and want to play time crisis 2. Unfortunately the buttons dont work. The aiming is perfect. But i cant shoot or start anything with the gun. Only one button works on the right side of the gun. If i press it i can toggle the border on and off. But nothing else. How do i set up the buttons in pcsx2? I mean i know how to go to lilys pad config, pad 1 etc. But what button has to be asigned to the buttons on the gun? Cross, triangle or r1 r2? Which button has to be asigned to the trigger? Thank you! UPDATE: With duckstation emulator i got it to work! BUT! My crosshair is always offset after a while. First when i set it up in the sinden lightgun software (x and y adjustment) then the crosshair is spot on where i point the gun. After cuple of minutes in the game crosshair is 10 cm beneeth where the gun is pointing. Whats is the problem her?
Does anyone know if we still need to burn the calibration values to the gun if we already key it into the Lightgun.config for retropie? Would burning the calibration values to the gun cause conflict to the performance?
Anyone know how to fix Sinden Lightgun crosshair moves diagonally for up & down in MAME and when in a PC based game the crosshair doesn't go all the way to edge of screen it stops about 4 inches from the left and Right edge of monitors screen. I have asked and looked everywhere no answers or wrong responses like disable jitter which has nothing to do with my issue. I never check marked the jitter box when it had that option.
I have finally one gun too but for me not working. Setup i make properly, border too but in game have just cursor little moving but triggers without reaction..Any help please?
Thank you so much for this. I was on the fence about Sinden but its obvious its not as plug and play as the prototype kickstarter. The thing is with wimotes and airmouse if I heard you need dolphin bars or other calibration software not as visible as the greenscreen with Sinden. I might order regardless and tinker with it.

The camera settings is not available on win7. I also don't have the lightgun icons. How do I get those? I'm sorry I'm not that great with computers and I feel like there are some steps missing from the video. Please help!
OMG!.. I was looking for calibration for CarnEvil for so long, ty!... was here looking to refresh on lightguns (Sinden) for when I take the dive into lightguns (soon). You should clip that as a separate video as CarnEvil calibration tutorial. Anyways I am using the abandonware that is Neon Retro Arcade (in VR), but calibration was driving me insane, using HP Reverb G2 controllers. Can't thank you enough.
my sinden light gun is flickering in any USB port...and the main program crashes when i press start . It doesn't crash in the beta 2.1 version...does anyone have an idea what is wrong? can someone help me... :)
Hey, so I recently just got these light guns from sinden with the recoil and the software that is on my machine is version 1.5 and it does not register the new guns that I received. It keeps saying they aren’t recognized.Is there anyway to get this updated to the most recent version? I’m kind of lost.

If I bought the PC around February 2021 how can I get the software to calibrate the Sinden Lightgun i don’t see the software on installed on the taskbar
Hi, this video is more catered towards my customers and those icons will be there in my systems but they're just shortcuts to the Sinden software which you can download from the Sinden website.
@@DaveDoesUK the script configures the other emulators that are used for the gun games as well. It's all pretty much proprietary and only works with my setup.
@@ArcadeOne Only interested in getting the guns working with Hyperspin in MAME on mine, but I think Rocket Launcher might be interfering with my setup. If you weren't running the script to automatically configure the last part how would you manually get the guns to work with MAME in Hyperspin?
Um, why did you say we should close the lightgun config window? If you do that, the lightgun doesnt work. You need to have the lightgun config window opened in the background.
New sinden light gun user here.. but how did you get all yours games like that?? Is this a package we can install ourselves like barebones? I need to know! I'll pay for this instant set up with pre loaded games or even just a software to input my own for pc haha I need a barebones version for pc and not pi4 😅😂
Hello, i also have two sinden lightguns but i find it verr complicates to set this up in Windows and Retroarch. Spend Hours of Time but cant get it to Work as it should.. I have a gaming Room with Beamer and a GPD Win2 wich i would use for lightgun Games only because for all Consoles i have original Hardware but as we know, the old lightguns dosent work on Beamers so i would use it with emulation on my gpd win2. But its horrable for me to set the lightgun up in retroarch for NES, Master System, Snes, Megadrive/Genesis, Saturn, PSX and Dreamcast. For that consoles i have nearly every Lightgun Shooter as original so i think there should be no Problem do Play the Roms on Emulation with my GPD Win2 Pluged over HDMI to my Beamer. But im too stupid to get it work right. Also Retroarch i think is not that user friendly if you just whant to start the Emulation Software and run Games with friends without everytime to change Controlls and nearly every game and so on.. Thats realy unpracticable i think.. Is there any easyer way or is there any way to get it al work permanently without evertime setting up everything so that i only have to start the GPD, Run the Software (Retroarch), load the Rom and then it works..? I would also Pay for a preconfigured Software with all Cores i need for my Consoles that also works with the sinden Lightguns (i have two for two Player games) and everytjing preconfigured to work with the Sinden lightgun like an original does.. Roms i can attach myself for games that i own as original, thats no problem but it seems to be that im to stupid to configure retroarch and sinden lightguns right..
The script won’t do you any good, it’s made to work with our systems. One of the things it does is configure the guns in MAME which isn’t difficult to do if you follow the instructions provided in the Wiki.
So I am assuming all of this video is JUST for those who have a Win 10 system from you, not for Win 7 Arcade One system owners? Having one HELL of a time getting the system to even recognize the light gun, with ANY of the USB ports on my Arcade-One Win 7 system. :(
Always email me for support. I literally just finished adding Sinden support to the Win7 systems so you don't have any of the necessary files or instructions.
I mention in the first 10 seconds that this video is more catered to my customer and everything shown will not apply to everyone. Hence the missing shortcuts on your end as those are included with my systems.
The guide is informative. Speaking tip - try to eliminate the repetition of the unneeded phrase "go ahead and...". You can leave in everything else you're saying before and after and just remove those filler words; it will be as clear as before but sound more confident.
