Sinead reminds me a lot of James Baldwin. They were so powerful since they were good listeners. They listened to their ancestors and their centuries of survival stories that they had a collective power in their soul. They were never alone. And we were blessed by their wisdom.
I have the same thought. Back then, i could not imagine that 3 years later she had left us. I'm still devastated. She was a strong woman, who always stood up for the helpless. Say Hello To Heaven, R.I.P My dear Sinead.

She canceled Atlanta - the day before her March show. And kept rescheduling. After Shane's death, I got a refund. I knew she'd never tour again. Rest in peace, Sinead.
she still sounds good but i agree it's hard to warm to her wrapped up in the cloak of oppression looking like a scuba diver... for some1 who is traumatised by the church, does she REALLY now think that Islam is the answer ??? she shows no hair+neck skin so how does this gel with the "no music" policy of many strict followers ?
