The hole was a hole my mother made and it was a hole only a mother could fix. Never hugs or comfort from my mother, but the song My Darling Child is the lullaby I never got and always needed and will cherish until the end of my days. I love Momma O’Connor!
I can't over-emphasize what a breath of fresh air Sinead's music was in the late eighties. The Clash and Talking Heads had long since broken up...oh how we needed her then!
I still have the cassette too. It is in my car, I thought I'd lost it years ago, met someone from my long ago, and I had given it to them all those years past. She gave it back to me, it was weird to hold something that meant so much to me in my hands.

Instead i will comment about the entire futility of wars for regular John and Jane(Doe) . 80 % of population was and still is ,treated as expendables .Whilst church is becoming more powerful in meadieval times and governments (today) spend incredible amounts of money , on secret projects there is no abundance left for regular folks like me and you . 1984 at its best !
