@@Eidechse1 Well, in this context it means British more widely. For example the Anglo-Afghan War refers to the war between Britain as a whole and Afghanistan. But when used alone, such as just saying Anglo, that is (generally) referring to English and English-Descended peoples.

Wouldn't it be be more appropriate to have a picture of the Kaiser, instead of a queen? Or, if the picture represents Germany, not a monarch, remember that it's a country (maybe the only one) that's called "Der Vaterland," NOT the "Motherland," "Mother Country," etc.
