@@goddessoflesbians1153 Well, according to other videos this seems to be the translation, but it would (at least from the modern interpretation of the German grammar) make more sense if it would translate to "One eats just tubers, it it smells like the corpse's niff". But I could be wrong just because language (and especially grammar) changes over time, some times more drastical (Gutenberg's invention of the printing press) or more subliminal (migration) Edit: English grammar sucks (apostrophes and capitalization of adjectivated nation names)

You only eat tuber, the corpses smell bad Mief is used colloquially, meaning to stink. The formal word of choice is "Gestank" (the stench)

@Erwin: Wo steht geschrieben das dies ein Mann singen "muss"? Ich finde diese Version genauso gut wie die mit einer männlichen Stimme. Wie Du schon bemerkt hast, ist der Kontrast des Liedtextes mit dere süssen Stimme ein toller Gegensatz, der richtig gut passt. (Dies stellt meine Ansicht und somit Meinung dar.
