I’ve been on delta a350 on that same seat on the other side, on departure the engines were so loud I was holding my moms hand firmly

Even at the end of this video, you were only beginning to cross that gigantic ocean. The California coastline was getting faint and far away looking and most of the view now was all vast ocean, yet you were still only a small fraction so far across it. You still had about 14 more hours over the Pacific to go, didn't you? You lifted off the ground at 28:39, the video ended at 38:16, so yes, 9 to 10 minutes so far, about another 14 hours to go
