I think this is my hundredth time watching on repeat.. the only podcast i watched on repeat and repeat.. my mood terus boost up and so uplifted listening to this particular podcast- Ceddy is so natural and gives his all , like what u see is what u get, that’s exactly what ceddy delivered

Clients side usually have to go through 3 tiers of approval - agency send over invoice, then have to let the brand manager to sign, then have to let the marketing manager to sign then have to let director to sign. Lets say if the marketing manager and director not in or not free to approve/sign them, then have to wait and wait and wait. Sometimes can take up 2 weeks for approval and then only hand over to finance department. Payment term only start when finance receive the approved invoice. This is what i experience before in my previous company. HAHAHA thats why payment also late. No doubt sometimes also is agency problem that they didnt pay the KOLs.
I’m quite lucky that my elderly let me choose what I wanted to do p, except for one time I was forced me to take accounting for the whole of second semester in college (I have a house of accountants from both sides). my family dont cook pork, cause my dad doenst eat, we take beef. but we eat also, my in law cooks and eat them, i only eat certain but i can live witout pork, i prefer beef chicken.
