It sounds so soft and distant compared to the 8 deluxe remix now that I’m listening to this again. The MK8 band is truly phenomenal!

The Singapore Speedway, Vancouver Velocity and the Sydney Sprint are my favorite ones in the tour series they all sound so good

yknow I decided to come back to the Tour soundtracks and hear the original courses (cities + other original courses) and i feel i may like them a bit more than the 8DX ones. don't get me wrong the 8DX ones are really well done, but maybe its just nostalgia that makes me like the Tour ones a bit more now. :)

It’s back on this Mario Kart Ocean tour

I’ve been playing in and out since launch but Singapore tour was pretty much where I started grinding and actually playing consistently. So this feels song felt like my welcome back to MKT! At first I hated this song for some reason, IDK WHYYY so I didn’t really appreciate this track when I first played it, but about when the DLC released and I heard the Tokyo and Paris remixes I went listening to other tour songs. To see what to expect, and found Singapore again and was thinking that this song could be heavily improved, then I listened to it and was like this was great! And then I really wanted it to comeback. I was very disappointed that it didn’t appear in the metropolitan tour. But randomly Singapore speedway 2 in the ocean tour, but I wasn’t complaining. Then Singapore speedway became my second favorite city track followed by Los Angeles Laps from the Los Angeles tour that was a tour after the Singapore tour, which I fell in love instantly after playing it once! Oh and I may as well mention London Loop is my third fav due to me loving it in the metropolitan tour! But back to Singapore, this track and song is gonna be absolutely incredible in Mario kart 8 deluxe and I’m so pumped to hear this remix!

Now that the 8 Deluxe version is here, I gotta say that remix is pretty good but I like the synth and percussion in this one better. You just can't beat the cowbell 🤣

The start is the best part and hypes u up. Then the “bass” drops and like… I got disappointed ngl; I was expecting to be blown away like with Sydney Sprint, not transported to Tropical Rainbow Road. But the middle bit between the two techno parts is cool too

I don't know which of the Nitro Tour courses we're getting in MK8DX, so I really hope that Singapore Speedway, Los Angeles Laps, Amsterdam Drift, & Vancouver Velocity make it into the DLC.

Wow, this is so different to the new version in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I think I prefer 8 Deluxe’s, but this one still stands strong as a great tune. I like the kinda retro feel it has at some points.

Coming from the reveal in Wave 4… gotta be honest, I kinda like Tour’s version more. I think 8’s rendition in the trailer is missing some of the… for lack of a better term- “bounciness” this version has, and the instrumentation makes the whole song feel super homogenized.
