This Singapore chili prawn dish looks packed with flavor Charlie. I have used that brand of miso and shrimp base before . Both are very versatile for many recipes . I would to have this over some rice ! Thank you for the awesome recipe sir

Singapore City, love the place. Been there ten times. Food was the best there next to Japan. Do not eat prawns in Phuket Thailand,. I did and was sick for over a month at sea. Nice shout out to Tom. Yes, try them to make sure they are ok,...wink-wink! LOL Great one Mr. C!
We are old frinds I retired two years ago. Were both bald, and I think we know how to cook! As a young guy spent a lot of time in Asia. But I never had the opportunity to go to Singapore. This video caught my eye! I love spicy food never really knew the difference between prawns and shrimp! But I must admit I think you gave it your all putting together this Singapore style chili prawn recipe. Great production my friend keep it up!

Hey brother. Give me a moment while I wipe egg off of my face.. I blundered on the time. Don't ask me how.. IDK.. Always LOVE you little history at the beginning.. I NEVER know that there was a distinction between prawns and shrimp.. I learnt something today. 1:48, the reflection of the backsplash looks like snake scales. Senior avocado and Olive are front and centre. Yes, I love the sweet flavor of eschallots.. Consome de camarón. I have never used miso before. That sauce looks like a flavor bomb.. In a delicious way of course. Look at those plump shrimpy boys!!! That slurry made that sauce so thick and delicious. Egg drizzle. Looks great Charlie. Look at that lovely napkin.
