Very well done video. Great information. Wish the some of the ingredients were avaliable in smaller portions, as I always have the same problem of using them once or twice and having to throw them out after a few years. Thank you for the video
I thought it looked pretty good Charlie. I don’t know how person would make that dough. Stay the way you wanted it when you were trying to pinch the ends. I’ve Been practicing on a pizza dough. I know a lot of people that say making dough is easy, but it might be easy, but does it taste good!as long as it taste good I’m perfectly fine with it. Take care my friend.
Firstly, I love seeing a wooden spoon or wooden spatula used, especially if the end is a bit burnt. I also love the seasonings for the filling, absolutely spot on. The dough though had too much oil content and the eggs would have shifted the texture from bread to muffin texture. Using a pizza dough and positioning them in a muffin tray would have forced them into a cup like shape and given you the right texture as well. Cooking time of 10 minutes would be plenty. I hate being critical, especially with a dish that has so much merit.
