Hi, just want to tell you. your video is the best tutorial for beginners like me. I got my sewing machine today and followed your video, everything went so smoothly for me. I can't express how much I am grateful for your easy and clear guidance! Wish you all the best!!
Hi from down under. You've made a great basic video without the boring chat and very clear instructions for starting on this machine. I hope to see more of your videos, showing more features and possibly instruction on how to sew different fabrics. Thanks very much. Maureen.
i haven't gotten my machine yet but a video like this is really reassuring; sewing is so new to me and it seems very daunting. this will definitely help me get started !
hello very beautiful video if you could please kindly place the video camera on the floor and film a more detailed video about using the sewing machine electric foot pedal being used please ok?please kindly reply back ok?thank you very much
Salamuch
You forgot at least two more important things. First the integrated thread cutter, then the way to disengage the dogs. This beeing said, nice video ;-)
this machine has some movable plastic parts which I dislike. The thread into spool not tight enough. You can see how the the thread is more than what needle needs which makes the stitch get big and small then get tangled. Different problem of the vertical one with a movable stick. when I sew while using it, the thread bounces of this stick and fly to fall in somewhere in the room. Even the cap which you made to fix the thread in it's place doesn't serve well.
Thank you for a simple straightforward tutorial. I'm new at sewing and I'd like to know how to oil the machine or do I need to take in for maintenance.
Thank you. I use your video tutorial because it helps with my anxiety. I can't say thank you enough. I love sewing but sometimes the process can be overwhelming. With tutorial I can walk myself through the threading process.
Very irritating going way to fast and it be nice if you could zoom in when putting the thread in the bobbin for a first timer its hard to see and catch because your going to fast just thought you should know
hello very nice video thank you for keeping your promise to film this video very nicely done please kindly film how to sew jeans hem using the singer heavy duty sewing machine please ok?please thank you very much
its a new machine for me and Singer does not send any manuals any more I dont want t print them up I need large print instructions. but this video is great thanks.
Great straightforward video without all of the chit chat. I love that. But what I’d like to know is how to sew backwards to make sure the stitch is locked in place without coming unsewn. Hopefully you understand what I’m saying.
I think your video shows how to thread the Singer heavy duty machine the most clearly. Good visual! Thank you very much. I am having lots of problems with my new Singer Model 4423 HeavyDuty sewing machine. It is jist 12 days old and I still get bird nest bunching on the underside of the fabric. Please help!
I bought mine yesterday. I find the needle threader to be a law unto itself. It seems to have the power to move the position of the needle (left, middle, centre). I don't think it's supposed to - you use the dial on top to do that. I too am getting the bird's nest result. Did you persevere? Can you give me any tips? I'm so frustrated with it and it's knocked my confidence!
@@reesemorgan2259, no, I ended up returning it well within the 40 day period. Instead I purchased a Joy Baby Lock, a very simple sewing machine, and I love it. I don't do intricate sewing, mostly simple projects, mending, face masks and the like, so, this model is enough for me.
