I have had this great wee machine for 12 years now, and it gets a lot of use. I'm an avid sewer and have previously had the top of the range machines with all their accessories, but find this machine adequately covers what I need. Recently though, I have just started looking at the use of vinyl. I wondered if this machine will take a walking foot attachment?
I have that model and was wondering about some of the features it has and hope to be using this machine before the week is up. The machine just arrived a few days ago and have only downloaded the manual, and looked at the videos on how to use it.
I have been having a problem to get my machine to stitch like it should and still can't get it to stitch my sample material which I am working with first.
I know I can fix my singer Tradition 2250, but I cannot get the plastic case off to be able to see why it is squeaking. Can you please tell me how to remove the shell please?? It is driving me nuts. It will still sew fine, just that noise it horrible.

Ciao, ho la strssa macchina Tradizion. Il filo sopra si rompe immediatamente. Ho cambiato aghi e filo, ma continua a non cucire. Puoi darmi un consiglio, per favore?
This machine is the worst thing on the planet. I have been sewing all my life on my old singer's and regret getting rid of them to buy a new machine. The bobbin winds only on the bottom. Any stitching I try, and I've tried them all...the bobbin casing gets all tangled up. All I wanted was a basic machine to sew a straight line, nothing fancy. Its horrible. This machine is going straight to the trash. I've had it less than a year. Bring back the good ol' heavy metal singer that has a top load bobbin. This machine is ridiculous. Also, when I purchased it and got it home, all the packaging was open, so I do believe it was a return because this machine was horrible.
