The fact Metallica had a part in the fall of the USSR is an accomplishment not many other bands can beat lol.

The song is about the plagues of Egypt in the bible, hence the "die" stuff. Also none of the bands performing that day had any idea about the deaths till after. The number of people was unplanned for and so the medical and security were woefully inadequate, even tho there was military in hand they eventually just gave up and watched the show. Pantera and other big bands were there too but Metallica was the biggest. Great reaction, hope you do more.

Metallica is my favorite band, but I’d say that Slayer from the 1980s to the early 2000s are the real ultimate headbangers. The guitar is an ESP LTD made to look like an Explorer, but was later changed to his current Snakebyte model which can be purchased, but are quite expensive
