I am not a fan of most country music, but I think Home Free is changing my mind. This was GREAT!!! I have watched all the reviews you have done of them so far and I have loved every single one of them! Thank you! I look forward to more.
@Julie Stevens: They made me appreciate that whole genre much more than I'd ever done before. They definitely make that genre more appealing to a lot of people who didn't like it before.
There's another collaberation with Kenny Rogers. Kenny's kids discovered Home Free first, and Kenny was so impressed he reached out and ask them to do a song on his Christmas Album last year on a song called "Children Go Where I Send Thee" Then after they did a medley of Alabama songs, they were invited to sing on stage live with Alabama. BTW- The Oaks reached out to Home Free to ask them to do this video with them. They have since joined Home Free on the Grand Ol' Opry stage a few months ago, as a big surprise to everyone. Home Free smuggled them in back stage with no knowledge to anyone, even the people running the show, until Tim announce they would be joining them. The crowd went nuts!!! They practically brought the house down that night, it was so wild. Oh...and BTW there were no instuments in this video, it was all the beatboxer Adam Rupp holding down the beat on this one. They have kept in touch with all of these mega stars, and promote one another often.
High tenor here was Austin Brown. They all just have amazing voices. The beatboxer can sing too. They do a collab. with another great - Kenny Rogers also, It was on Kenny's last CD. He asked Home Free to do it. The song is called "Children Go Where I Send Thee"

Thank you for another great Home Free reaction. ❤️ I've watched a lot of your latest music reactions and it looked like many of those left you pretty sad and emotional. And there's nothing wrong with that, but your reaction to Home Free left you really happy, smiling widely, and that's what I believe makes this group so special to so many people. They seem to bring joy and happiness to everyone who listens to them and they seem to be able to brighten even the worst of days. All the big stars they collaborated with seem to respect them tremendously. Duane Allen of The Oak Ridge Boys is a big fan of theirs and he said repeatedly he would love to do an ORB & HF World Tour. Wouldn't that be great? I wish TPTB would finally notice so that we can finally hear HF on the radio, see them on TV etc. They deserve it. I really hope you'll get to go to their concert when they go to Germany. And you should really join the Home Free's Home Fries FB group. ;) But be ready for a lot of fangirling. :D
Wow! I remember in the mid 80s (I was a kid then). My Mom and I would listen to this song in the car and we would sing the song. Now, with Oak Ridge Boys and Home Free sings amazing together! :) I got goosebumps few times.

They really are going to take the mantle from the Oak Ridge Boys, the Statler Brothers and Alabama. The harmonies are magical. My Church shows some of Austin ( high tenor) soulfulness. Can't Stop this Feeling shows them all with huge talent. Also Adam, the beat boxer is amazing

You should react to Home Free's Thinking Out Loud / Let's Get It On mash up. You will get to see both Austin (high tenor) & Tim show off their skills and voices. Then react to HF cover of Blue ain't your color and you will hear Rob's crystal clear, soulful tenor voice. Then listen to Home Free's cover of Castle on the Hill to hear Adam Chance's smoky, sexy baritone voice. This is why I love Home Free each one of them individually has an amazing voice. Fabulous reaction, guys, as are all your Home Free ones! The thing that is impressive about Tim Foust is that many times those subterranean depth charges of his come at the end of a phrase (when he should be out of air) or in the background. Plus his ability to join registers seamlessly. The version of "Amazing Grace" Peter Hollens did with Home Free has some quintessential Foust. You also need to check out their "Do You Hear What I Hear". Keep the Home Free fires burning!

Great reaction guys! I love watching your expressions during the video...they are priceless! You should watch a video of HF singing this live at a concert.....they interact with the audience and Tim's low notes make the speakers rattle! You haven't come close yet as to what Austin can do! You should react to Colder Weather and Stop Drop + Roll! Another great one is their cover of Justin Timberlakes Can't Stop The Feeling! This one really showcases Austin's high tenor voice! Old-time gospel singers. We had "all day singing and dinner on the ground" at our church. There would be gospel singers in singles and groups singing in the sanctuary; we would be either downstairs eating or outside on blankets with our dinners. It would start after Sunday services and go for hours. Wonderful singing every time. I was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. I am 73, and this was a wonderful experience.

You are absolutely right. Home Free is the next generation Oak Ridge Boys. My mom loves the Oak Ridge Boys and when she was in delirium in the hospital due to a medicine reaction, I would show her this video and it would calm her and she would laugh and smile. Now, that she is better, I am going to show her this again and the collaboration with Kenny Rogers, another favorite who will sadly be missed.

I don't know if someone else already said this, but Pentatonix performed a shortened version of Elvira for the CMAs in 2015. You should watch that if you haven't seen it yet.
Your father is a very wise man! As a young adult, one of my very favorite groups was the Oak Ridge Boys. That could possibly be why I have pigged out on Home Free music for the last year, since I first heard of them. Their harmonies (and their personalities) always blow me away. :-)

I know you did this reaction almost a year ago but I never watched all of your comments at the end. I think Marco was wondering about the Oak Ridge Boys. They are Joe Bonsall - tenor, Dwayne Allen - lead, William Lee Golden - big beard guy and baritone, Richard Sterban - bass. When Richard was Tim's age, he could go as low as Tim does now.
As amazing as the guys of Home Free are, there's just something next level about the Oak Ridge Boys. I'm not even a "fan" but there's an extra star quality and uniqueness to their voices individually and as a group.

Hello again Gentlemen. Home Free has released a new song on video. It called, "May Day". I think it's beautiful. Tim starts the song off with a surprisingly high lead, and Rob, Adam Chance, and Austin sing other verses and Austin sings the chorus. You really need to hear this one. AUSTIN BROWN is the high tenor! I know ya'll like Tim Foust and his bone rattling bass, and his unbelievable range.... BUT, you really should check out Austin's vocal range. He has an amazing vocal range and really fills out the whole sound that Home Free is so famous for! I would like to see your reaction to Peter Hollens' Amazing Grace, feat Home Free. And Peter Hollens With Tim Foust Sound of Silence. I will forever and always be a devoted Home Free Fan! But I have to admit... like ya'll, I have a major thing for Tim Foust. Something about his growl.... I tell you.... I could listen to him sing the names out of a phone book, and would melt like butter!! Oh yeah.... Tim is THE MAN!!
I know. I've seen all of their HF / Tim Foust reactions (multiple times). :D I actually asked them to check HF on Twitter and got all excited when they did, and loved them. :) I remember them posting their HGTA reaction right before we were about to go to our second or third HF concert, and my friend laughed at me because I was like: Oh no, now I will have to wait until after the concert is over to watch it. :D
Nice reaction. I love this song, but prefer the Oak Ridge Boys' 1981 version. Can you react to Richard Sterban's vocal range? He is the Oak Ridge Boys bass. What you see here is just the tip of the iceberg.
