My husband and I have a rule that we can only sing argue. So everything we say to each other, has to be in song. Neither of us is musically talented, so it always ends with laughter and silliness. I was listening to this from Spotify while going to work in the morning, and yes I was pretty tired and I let out a huge yawn and at the exact same time 11:56 Sheena just went ARE YOU YAWNING, girl I just bust out laughing in the middle of the metro and had people staring at me😭🤣😭 Oh my btw I just love you guys!!!!

Hello! I actually just recently started listening to your guy's podcast and have really only kind of known of you and your family on tik tok for awhile. I only recently started listening to you guys more because it brings me joy to see the happiness in your guys' life. I want to say that your podcasts have really been helping me. I always enjoy hearing your jokes and you guys laugh, but some of the serious conversations about relationships and parenting have been really helpful. I am a newer mom, and me and my husband only recently started doing a lot better because our relationship has been a struggle at times in the past but it is always worth fighting for. I have taken many of your comments and suggestions to heart and they have helped me so much. Both of your views on stress in this episode are really insightful. I have done the visualization method before and it definitely helps in specific situations for me, but also Trid's view on acknowledging that it is a difficult situation but he can't do anything about it, I really connect with and that mindset I have actually felt makes things less stressful for me. So anyway, I just want to thank you guys so much for your insight and laughs that you bring everyone and I really think you guys are awesome. I appreciate all that you bring the world.

The Irish Blessing you sang reminded me of something that I had yearned for when I was very. very young. To be sung asleep as in a lullaby. It was something I saw in a film when I was about 7 or 8 years old, oddly enough I think it was an Alfred Hitchcock film.......in that scene it created a feeling in me of something I never had and yet wanted so badly. In speaking to one of my spiritual friends about this many years ago, she told me I was missing a memory from a past life. That is the power of music. It touches us in places that are not easily defined. Your singing that short piece......reminded me so much of that feeling, that memory. It is the door opening to a deeper awareness and eventually....Love❤
