Why no knock out/ push pins in the cavities to push the parts out? This is slower old school molding here and depending how fast/slow each operator works the parts will lack consistency no doubt about it.

Shit, that’s one long cycle time, 1200 a day from 1 machine, how do they stay in business and 2 operators. Surely 1 guy could run both!
