This is a great build! I love your single parent builds. The doll you used is from paranormal, so it might make your sims terrified…might wanna play test that before you use it in every build.
I was also going to mention the Hello Dahlia object - there are two versions. There is the haunted version that your Sims will encounter in a Haunted House lot type or gig, and then there is the sort of "reward" version that you receive after successful gigs. That version actually calms your Sims down if they are scared, and I believe talking to her also increases your social need. (You can also sell her to an oddities collector which gives you fame with Get Famous) So as long as it's not the haunted one I think it's okay! I use it in several of my builds as well :)
Some of the TOOL mod features intimidate me so much I always end up using it for very small things. But you seem to have so much patience with it when I hear you talk about it!! 😭💞
my favorite part of the T.O.O.L. mod is the fact that you can use the eyedropper on DEBUG that saves me sooo much time when building! Oh! and shift clicking while placing DEBUG too. SO GOOD
I was thinking what if the dad remarried to someone with children as well. Then they can have a blended family! Just like in the movies. I was thinking that it will be interesting to create a house for 2 distinct families with their own habits and traditions. Or if they are from 2 different countries, how will that reflect in the house considering their cultures. Imagine the clutter!
Been trying to place the music in this video cause I have heard it before. Figured it out finally. I hear this music every Sunday on a show called At Home in New England which is about finding houses and apartments to buy.
I know I'm late but I recently subbed to you and I literally watch ur vids I have a reccomend build idk if you do them but ya know so a house build kinda fall/summer twin girl kid room laundry room backyard and sorry I meant winter theme 2 story and for a single mom finding love again also another room for a boy a kid and a no other room for another room for a kid girl and you can add any thing else also a backyard
I seriously think that Sim Townies' houses should look like this. Cluttered and Lived-in. Not unecessarily huge and empty, like... Sims please do better 😅
Did you purposely make this a bad build to make it seem like the single dad doesn't know how to decorate his home, which would be sexist, or are you just bad at building and decorating in the sims?
