i workout home !! i have 4 set of dumbles 2x2 kg, 2x6kg, 2x10 kg 2 x 14 kg.. i have 49 years and trajn muscle on 16 !! mostly home !! thanks for the tip !! great job !!

What weight is the dumbell?

Well.....Brian is based in the US where they still use Imperial weights so looks like 20lbs which equates to 9.09kgs so I would round up to a 10kg dumbell
