Coach , I'm 50yrs old , 3 kids from 12 yrs , 8 yr , 2 yrs old . And I'm 415 pounds . I got a kettle ball started eating clean foods . Im at 391lbs feeling good . Everyday im looking at your Videos , I love it . I WONT QUIT . I want to see my kids Graduate . Thank You .. THUMBS UP !!!!!!!!
Great point, coach - training movements over muscles. You got me hooked. I've invested in the kettlebells for my garage and even if I hit the gym, make a point of getting a kettlebell workout in each day. And if I don't hit the gym, I do a couple rounds of one of your workouts. The results are more than I've ever seen at any time in my adult life, and I've been hitting it for close to 35 years now. I can't thank you enough.
I stumbled on another one of your videos and started going down the rabbit hole. Solid content my man. I was looking for some good kettlebell workouts. Thank you for making these! Oss
Yo man, I need/want a firefighter workout. I am a 40+ year old firefighter that has decided your channel rocks and really want you to do a workout for firefighters. Just saying. Thanks for the awesome content.
Off the top of my head that would include aspects of what I already do in conjunction with likely some sandbag work...Ultimately, it requires a lot of strength, endurance, and mobility...
He definitely inspires brief, compound intense T-boosting workouts in a no-frills manner and has had a positive effect on my training and results as well,
Thanks for this workout, Chandler! Those Cossack squats are a challenge and lateral plane movements are so often overlooked. The painted garage floor is frustratingly slippery so will need to make an adjustment to surface so that slippage does not occur. Peace!
@@CoachMANdler I did them this early evening and used a 35 lb k b for the cossack squat in order to get the movement pattern down. My adductors are a bit tight so I need to work on that... I used a 53 for the other exercises and did the whole circuit 3 times. Thanks and keep up the good work, Coach!
Awesome workout!!! Plus i agree with you 100% about training movements instead of isolated exercises. Stopped doing bodybuilding after came along with kettlebell workout🔥💪
Week two. I’m getting the hang of the transverse Cossack. I’m so weak in that position. I figure I could use a deload week, and just do this particular workout. It’s really badass.
Coach, First- thanks for all the great vids. Since discovering your youtube channel a few months back, I've really been enjoying them. Even though I earned my certification as a personal trainer many (many) moons ago, I enjoy your vids as they highlight a lot of stuff I've long since forgotten and have now implemented in my own routines. Even at 60, w/banged up shoulders and hips, I'm always looking to challenge myself. Your routines certainly do that more so than just about any other trainers' routines on youtube. in all the vids of yours that I've watched- and I've watched a lot!- that's the first time I can recall you talking about using the different planes for functionality. Good on you. My question is this- how many circuits of this are you doing before you call it quits? As I've gotten older, I've had to learn to listen to my body & temper my workout enthusiasm a bit as it takes me too long to recover, especially if I injure myself, so I'm pretty much limiting myself to 3 sets daily of whatever routine I'm pounding through. Best to you, sir.
Glad the content has helped reignite your lust for knowledge! To answer your questions, I go off of what my schedule allows, and these days that's usually only around 3 to tops 5 rounds of the circuits I typically share...
I have learned so much from your videos. I apply some of these movements, although with lighter weight, that I can handle properly, in both my individual workouts, and group classes at my gym. I find myself staying reasonably strong, and with less injury, assuming I do these correctly. I still can’t get a 50 pound kettle bell, above my head with one arm though! Lol!
boss: why are you late again? employee: that mutant dude was working out in front of my driveway again. boss: why don't you just ask him to move? employee: fuuuuuuuk u man, let's see you do it!
Great combo of movements Chandler. What guidance for inhale/exhale cadence? I just try to breathe but know that cadence can make a material difference. Thanks
not much, man. just settin up my bench in the middle of the street. oh then I'm gonna swing this big ass iron orb while wearing swim trunks. what's up with you? that cossack lunge squat whatever can F right on off. so true about tapping into muscles/angles no one even thinks about.
@@CoachMANdler just tried out that cossack thruster, clean\pull ups ing pushups (my variation for an all over body short workout) ...the thruster is a heart pumper...had to start out lighter than usual at 25lbs...great move to improve balance and spatial awareness as well as over-all explosive strength...thanks for the demonstration and info
@@CoachMANdler absolutely. Its a completely new movement for me so the supporting musculature is going to have a bit of catching up to do this movement confidently with more than 35 lbs
