When I started tithing after being cynical for so long, I began to see financial miracles. God has never left me out to dry and gives me what i need and even things i want. I went from a minimum wage job to a $20/hr job.

The Holy Spirit reminded you of a teaching you heard years ago and you obeyed. I’m so happy and proud of you. While I know some people perceive this as "church taking money" that's not the message of this video. This is a testimony about her personal faith. She personally believes that by tithing, God returns that favor within her life. Whether she donates to a specific church or institution she believes that by giving back to society she will be provided for.

Don't listen to all these negative people who know nothing about what TITHING is. Tithing is the GATEWAY to GOD'S BLESSINGS.

I don't believe this at all. I put my tithes into the church for over a year and got nowhere. I was broke by the end of the month. I got tired of giving giving giving.

Yes, trust God. Churches don't need to take money from people with no money. Make a fund-raiser for your church for a good cause and don't embarass people by passing down a basket that a lot of people can't afford to put money in. I don't believe her life changed because of that. God sees all the good you do, yes. But not by going broke for a church that is there to to teach you about God
