When I was there in 1989, that room and barracks would have been called officers quarters. I feel so old Lol 😂😂😂

@@MariameToure 789 eod but there moving me on the other side of fort benning, cause I need to be trained, I just pray there rooms are nice too, I'm a s-1 human resource specialist, there sending me to the s1 shop for training

When I was there 1960 barracks had stacked bunks foot locker at foot of bed that’s all . Was 2nd infintary division

When I was in benning we had 30 mofos per room but we're infantry so we only count as 1/30th of a person.

How was your Ait?! Did you pass the EMT phase? Was it hard and how do you study?

It wasn’t bad. Yes i finished all my training i am at my first duty station. It wasn’t hard just pay attention in class and look everything over. I didnt really study much but writing out your notes is a good way to retain the information you learn and just reviewing with your battle buddies is a good way of studying.

How do they decide between giving you a shared room or a single room?

It depends on your unit’s barracks. Some units have shared room barracks some don’t.

Bullshit what barracks you at in benning that look like that the barracks I’ve been in are like half that size with no kitchen area just a fridge and microwave and the closets are smaller too and shit is always broken in them lol

I feel bad that military girls seem to typically get better housing than the guys. but i wont lie and say im not relieved to hear that perk, based on all the horror stories i hear from men 😅
