Ingredients:
-1/2 kilo salmon head
-1 sliced onion
-3 pcs sliced tomatoes
-2 minced garlic
-1 thumb ginger
-3 to 4 tbsp miso paste
-Sinigang mix
-Bunch of mustard leaves
-2 pcs long chili
-Pepper to taste
-Fish sauce to taste
-1 liter water
Procedure:
1. In a pot or pan, saute tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic,
2. Add miso paste then pour water into the pan. Bring to a boil.
3. Add salmon head and belly, pour sinigang mix, pepper and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. When fish is cooked, add mustard leaves and long chili. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Transfer to a bowl, serve and enjoy!
