Nice! I'll think about it, I want to gift myself with a vinyl since I just went out of a heavy surgery and I will have to probably do other nasty shit....but I am still undecided on which lp I'd like to pick up....your music is great anyway keep it up!
Holy cow, this is amazing. So 90s, so beautiful. Some old Dissection, some Sacramentum, Lord Belial, Vinterland, Dawn, Mörk Gryning... all well mixed together, produced to the point, great riffs.... this is such a nice homage to all those great bands... I love it!
@@ibanjaxed I found nothing . It looks like it was just One Album. I also asked a while ago Dan Swanö who produced it and played Keys. Somehow he not gave answer. So i think it was only this with reasons that shall stay mystery
Well, I think I really need to check out Sacramentum. Saw the Bravewords writeup of Stormkeep's latest and they referenced them as well. I'm a noob. I'll admit. But I'm trying, Ringo, I'm trying real hard...to catch up on BM history.
So sorry to hear that..i lost my wife 2 years ago to the same dark fate. Not a day goes by where I don't think about her and all the could've would've should've that only people like you and I can understand
I love how u made a point to not try say that they "ripped off" dissection, its music it's all based on someone's ideas but good to see that someone else thinkz when done well and passionately the students sometimes surpass there masters and the born again dissection would be a title I'd be fuckn stoked to be labeled I expect that they are gonna remain awesome like ther roots dissecs
This is a hauntingly beautiful album. An unusually nordic sound for a US band on top of that. I distinctly hear the Vinterland, Dissection, Gates Of Ishtar and first Mörk Gryning album influences woven into the soundscape, which all happen to be my utmost top black metal bands ever. This is proof that fine arts in metal music is still being made in present day. It was worth staying alive long enough just to hear this, and I feel truly sorry for everyone who never gets a chance to hear these geniously crafted songs while under the influence of ancient shamanistic plants for an enhanced experience, strolling through looming forests to the tones of Everlorn. Hail from the wave-splashed coasts of Öland, Sweden! 🦅
The fact that this is a one man project makes it even more impressive. Insanely good album, perfect revival of a great subgenre of Extreme Metal. 10/10, literally!
The last time I felt so impressed with a black metal album was when I was 18 and bought Dissection- Storm of the Lights Bane. Too bad Maha Kali was what their sound turned to. After he killed himself I never thought I'd hear an album like those first two. Until now. Its some of the best stuff I have heard in almost 25 years or so. This is my shit!
If you're looking for other bands that are very similar to Dissection first 2 albums, check out Thulcandra - Fallen Angel's Dominion (They're basically a Dissection tribute band at this point)
Fantastic album reminds Me from a time the style Of music came out in the 1990s if you like Vinterland and dissection You will love this Can't wait to they bring it out on cd or lp
This is perfect job.... Dissection come Back, but....from Usa! Congratulation Sinira, I play Drum everyone song of the Somberlaine and Storm of the light's Bane from Venezuela. Nice!
Great stuff, great legacy to legendary bands Dissection - Night´s Blood 3:40 Dissection - Soulreaper 10:58 Unanimated - Life Demise 17:09 Dissection - Retribution-Storm of the Light´s Bane 18:44 Sacramentum - Far Away From The Sun 34:12 Sacramentum - Obsolete Tears 38:03
Damn, I got shown the hands with this album. I was not expecting this. This reminds me of Dissection and with old Darkfortress - Talse from Eternal Dusk. Pilgrim of the nightly spheres for example. Very very nice.
I've always been fanatical about bands like Dawn, Naglfar, Sacramentum, Gates of Ishtar, Lord Belial & the like (I see that these have nearly all been mentioned in the previous comments), but I've avoided listening to this until now, as it was rather new... What a mistake I've made! This sounds like a product of the 1990s in all of the right ways. Hearing this sort of musicianship coming from 2020 is inspiring & really does keep that magical feeling alive. Incredible work!
I know everyone is saying this but for a second i thought i was listening to Dissection. Beautiful reincarnation with an original twist. Keep it up \m/
Geile Scheibe, klarer Fall. Thank you for uploading all this great stuff! There are so many bands, records and labels I never heard about before. And on your channel, I can find so much great music every day. THX!!! (Sorry for my English.)
summoning The dark from the past...Sinira ....the touch of 90s Dissection or Crown of thorns the bold line oh them rebirth the Era of Fast and Melodic black metal...hail BMP
