The reason Sinister 2 is not good is because Bughuul's face has been revealed too often and theres no mystery. Mystery is scary.

The first One is the best horror movies in the last decade..... I remember hearing nothing about this movie. I watched it at my computer. Alone. In my dark appartment. When exactly that scene came up. I paused the movie. Turned on the light in my room. Turned on the tv so i could have some "company" with me. And only listened with 1 ear in my headset. From there on, through the rest of the movie. LOL! Have never happened to me before. And i watch horror movies a lot.

Nearly every horror movie that comes out now is connected to BlumHouse who made Paranormal Activity,Insidious and The Purge. Where are some new horror movies not made by these people?

Now this is what I don't like. OK, I'll admit I like the idea of giving the interested cop from the first movie some shine. I liked his character. I just don't like how Bagul is in the forefront now. I liked how he was an ominous entity in the shadows. Seeing him, A LOT might I add, kind of takes the scare factor for me. That's just from the trailer though I may see it and love it.

Jump scares are so predictable and shit now

This was honestly a very amazing sequel. Please don't listen to the bad critic reviews. The characters were very well-developed, and the plot was just as great as the first one, if not more intriguing. I don't understand the bad reviews this film got, but I guess everyone should see it for themselves. But after it was over, I was VERY satisfied after watching Sinister 2 than the first one. I thought this was a very good film overall.

The first sinister was amazing, one of the best horror movies I have seen. My friends and I watched it together not knowing anything about it and left the room we watched it in shivering all over. The concept was amazing and we lost our shit with fright in some scenes. I am hyped for this movie sooooooooo much, really hope it lives up to the name

What made the first film so awesome was how little we actually saw the Ba-ghoul demon, left a lot to imagination which help with the horror aspect. Know it seems like they want to shove him into every shot, it;s a shame when good movies get ruined by sequels.

As long as they stick to the original format (no jump scares and paranoia-laced visuals), I will *adore* this film. I think the first on is one of the best horror films of the modern age and I'll be heartbroken if this sequel shits on it.

This movie is literally amazing. The difference between the two ( sinister & sinsiter 2 ) is that the first movie focuses more on putting the story together and really finding out what's going on. Other than the second one which it is more focused on the kids and how the children our corrupted. I really enjoyed this movie and I definetly give it a 5 out of 5.

Kid shows sibling something relating to the plot cliche 11. House in what is basically the middle of nowhere cliche 12. "Your family's in danger" cliche 13. I liked the first Sinister a lot...more disturbing-freaky-creepy than scary and that's what gets under your skin. This Sequel looks really good too with more scares and the children! Can't wait to see it!

I enjoyed this film, not as much as the first one but still. I liked that we got to see the kids points of view in this one and more exposed murders! the way the families were killed were so unique lol I have no idea how they thought of these different murders. We also got to enjoy another good soundtrack and they even included the classic creepy song from the first one. I'm not sure about anyone else but everytime he popped up on screen I was terrified 😰! I will definitely watch again

I loved this movie, even more than the first one actually. It's different from all those stupid cliche horror movies. This movie's got a great story and it's actually scary (I'm guessing it's mainly because of the children, because children are friggin horrifying, especially when they murder their entire family).

Can't wait for this to come out ! I mean, really it looks like they took it to the whole new level. This should be interresting...

The first sinister is honestly probably one of the best horror movies I've seen, and I've seen a lot. Horror movies have kind of started to stop affecting me as much, but I'm sure if I watched sinister again it would scare me. The first time my friends and I saw boogie, we instantly we scared. I think it's because the plot wasn't as predictable, it was kind of one of those ones you just didn't understand until the end. Since it was one of my favourites I'm just hoping this movie doesn't ruin it for me

Sinister was honestly one of the best horror films ever made, so I'm really happy that there making part 2 and I think the trailer looks pretty amazing so lets prey that the movie is to.

I love horror movies this one is definetly a favorite--but i also get an uneasy feeling. Maybe its because children can be capable of this and if they really wanted to they could. The church video was probably the most unsettling and scary/good seen
