Miles's kit is just so unbelievably strong that there's never really a reason to just not play his cards if they're in hand. The only cards that may get priority over his cards are other insanely powerful cards like Nick Fury and Professor X. I also love the villains in the box. Venom and Sinister Six are two of my favourites in the entire game.

Love the review! Very comprehensive and well backed arguments. Agree on Gwen...sure I think she is powerful and has very cost effective suite (especially when you consider those events typically come with a 'ready-up' for another main stat usage "as well"), BUT definitely has some susceptibility to turns of big time nerf (though getting PeterP ally will greatly help that), which does indeed hurt her power rating.

It's a very tough campaign, even on standard. But especially on expert. We've lost a few times even against Sandman, those counters can be a problem, not to mention how he deals indirect damage with a high attack stat. The only villain I don't actively like to play against is Mysterio, but it's not like I dislike him. we've lost a few times against him too because on expert, it wasn't uncommon that we had to deal with 4-6 encounter cards every single turn. It's a lot of RNG how easy or hard it is. But Venom, The Sinister Six and Venom Goblin are all fantastic villains and I enjoy the campaign experience too. If people want a really tough challenge outside of Ronan (or the whole Galaxy campaign for that matter), this is where's at. Not that other expert campaigns are anything to complain about as far as challenge goes. Mutant Genesis and Age of Apocalypse are pretty tough too on expert (obviously alongside Sinister Motives and Galaxy). I'm very fond of Miles, but Peter will always be my favorite Spider-Man, even if he doesn't have the Web-Warrior trait outright. Miles can be a bit squishy, but outside of stalwart enemies, he's insanely strong, and even against stalwart, he's not bad. A friend of mine likes Ghost-Spider a lot, I'm a bit indifferent. She isn't unique enough for me I guess and pretty much every other Web-Warrior is a lot more interesting and fun. Obviously this is highly subjective. What an amazing box though, I 100% agree!

Ive managed to grab all the other campaign expansions and Im waiting for Sinister Motives to ship!! Im really excited for all the hero cards and Symbiote Suit is quite possibly one of my most favorite cards!

I like to add rhino, green goblin and Osborn for a bigger spidey playthrough. I'm still holding on hope for another Spiderman box coming up

This is my only campaign box right now and I love it. Next will be Mutant Genesis. The theme of those 2 boxes are the ones that appeal the most to me and I feel they are generally widely viewed as in the top favorites by the community. Right now I don't plan to buy any other campaign box.

I really hope for spidey 2099, he is by far my favorite looking spiderverse hero and they have enough content for another spiderverse campaign box

I'm playing through SinMo on my channel right now with SP//dr Suit. Yeah, Mysterio is annoying LOL. Old Grudge is an attachment that brings out your Nemesis and gives them +1 HP (and Analysis Paralysis brings out your Nemesis Side Scheme). They're in the Whispers of Paranoia set. Also, I'm not sure why my sub for you keeps falling off. I've had to Subscribe three times now LOL

I think my favourite part of this box is the SHIELD support... I agree about the heroes - Gwen is frustratingly double punished by stun etc. Miles is egregiously overtuned (why does his thwart event remove 4?). Mysterio I didn't find fun and the shuffling killed him so he's in my F tier. I don't find the Sinister 6 hard but do really like them. The campaign pushed the difficulty up which benefit them, though it was vulnerable to getting 6 hazard icons on the board. SM was the best box until AoA which has my new favourite hero and 5 solid scenarios. (I suspect they loe on Uniqueness)

My fav box. Venom is really strong and Mysterio is lame in my opinion. Rest of the scenarios excelent even Sandman who can be though given proper modular sets. Do you prefer playing with recommended or do you often try new ones, because there is a million of options.

11:52 this sounds contradictory. You say that the only cards you want to play are his signature cards (wich I agree with). That is, by definition, the opposite of "interesting decisions" in my book. Your recent interventions with Nelson and VT have been great, btw.

I'm not sure I understand your definition of streamlined. Miles is one of the most straightforward hero to play, he's super beginner friendly. Ghost Spider is the complete opposite, I would never give her to a new player.
