You are correct when you say the board is shaped like flowers or petals. The actual name for that shape (the large board) is "The Flower of Life," and it's an incredibly sacred geometrical pattern that (for those who believe it) is actually the base pattern of all Creation. I'm looking into getting this game if only for that fact. Thanks for the review!😊

Thank you for your review! We're glad that you've enjoyed playing so much, and also glad that we finally got to meet in person at Breakout Con this year. And to be fair, in two of the games we played, I thought you were going to win, but I capitalized on small mistakes you made toward the end of the game to just barely win! And strangely enough, I have only won a game of more than two players once! It seems that I can only win at the two-player game, and even with that, some very strategic minds are coming out of the woodwork to challenge me now!

I got to meet one of the designers ( Scott) . Super nice and helpful guy . I got to play 2 times in a two person mode And 2 times in 3 person mode I’m not very good at it but I really liked it . Very easy to understand how it works . It was great if you are not a great player to play in 3 player mode or more . I prefer that mode even thought I didn’t win . You kinda ganged up but then all of sudden you where not it really well designed . This could be great in teams 2 strong players could be divided up with 2 weaker players Thanks Dr. Great review great game please thank Scott for me again they’ve got a great one here

It's a great game - I have been watching from afar, but got to play my first games at their launch party - great video, review and overview! Thanks for making this.

My family had a chance to play it at CleriCon last year. Excellent stuff! My youngest, in particular, really enjoyed it!

I can't help but want a move option that changes the turn order (straightforward when playing teams, or even by having an explicit future timeline where you can reorder the upcoming sequence to buy yourself runs of back to back turns). I mean, obviously I'm overthinking this for a game I've never even played, but taking a small number of elements and making as many as possible of them mutable is just so tasty to think about.

Interesting idea, especially for team play. I’ve only played with a maximum of 3 people, but I feel like the game is straightforward enough to try lots of house rules!

We are actually working on a list of single line changes to the rules that you can implement in your games once you've played Sinoda enough that you're feeling you want to mix it up a bit. Some are things we've tried and some might be something we just thought up and haven't been tested at all! At some point, they'll be posted on our website for you to try. The change in turn order is an interesting idea that we'll probably have a look at! Thanks for sharing it!

@bsgamesca8891 that’s awesome! I’ve been introducing Sinoda to anyone who’ll sit down to play. Finding new players is the only way I’ll win. ;)

The closest game I’ve played is Tzaar, which also gives the choice of strengthening a piece or capturing. But Sinoda is smaller, brighter, faster to set up, and can play with more than two.
