One of my most favourite RTS of all time. The ability to zoom from galaxy map straight to individual fighter level is insane.

This is the perfect trailer. Recaps the story, incorporating DLC mechanics into the story, presents new mechanics in a fascianting way, and is really well shot. The initial Vasari assault, and the final shot of a mixed fleet flying together... oooofff, chef's kiss. I'm proud to say that I've been playing SoaSE since it first came out.

It's a pity they never had a single player campaign. Truly one of the greatest RTS with one of the most robust and versatile engines for modding.
