Thank you Ross, the entire area is lovely and yes the fog was a little disappointing at first (especially as it was also raining) but looking back it does make everything look very atmospheric :)
I loved at the beginning the ambience created by the fog, really beautiful place, it is like being on a fairytale. Wonderful tour my friend, Iloved Sintra when I was few yers ago 👍
Never been to Portugal before but my brother in law and his wife lived there for 15 years and loved it. I always thing of sea and sand when I think of Portugal but it looked like there was so much history there too. Apart from the mist it looked a great to visit and kind of wish we had paid my brother in law a visit now, cheers Alan
thank you Alan. Its a place I never really cared much for when thinking about it and I only really went as the flights were silly cheap... but when I got there I absolutely loved it. The churches, the people, the food was all really amazing. One of the most friendly and awe inspiring places ive ever been and really great value for money so i recommend it. Have a top day sir, cheers from barnyz
What a beautiful place my friend. You made a wonderful video despite the inclement weather. I love the way you captured all the different architectural styles, especially inside the palaces and the way the vegetation can overrun a structure over time. Thanks for the ride along my friends. 🍻 Greetings from Shawn and Mai. ✌️♥️
Thanks as always :) Its a great location, there are a few other palaces nearby that I missed so too much to see in one day so if i go again I would spend maybe 2 nights there so I can see everything without rushing. Have a top weekend, cheers from barnyz
I don't know where to start I was so impressed by your video. The recordings were so impressive in both content and quality. First to the Canon R5. The dynamic range in the fog shots blew me away, as did the brilliance of the interior shots. Sintra is just amazing and I'm so happy for you that you have the opportunity to visit these unique places. Your video even exceeds the quality of professional film productions and is a wonderful testimony to a unique setting. well done
Hey thanks for the very kind comment. The footage is mostly a little noisy due to the bad light and not really knowing the camera well enough to use the correct settings but im sure I will improve. Thanks again, cheers from barnyz
Stunning video Barnyz well explained in such a short time ! It’s sure is a beautiful place to visit no wonder you want to go back one day …and maybe you will also have better weather . But the mist gave the video a certain charm. 🥰 I have seen this place before in videos of RU-vidrs that I follow , Michel Lavallée has a video of it which is very nice and my mentor and friend Milosh from "Amazing places on our planet " which I have hiked with before that also has a stunning video of this place . Hope you are doing fine my friend and wishing you a wonderful weekend 😉👍 Serge Hélène & Serge 👩❤️👨🌈🇨🇦
Thank you :) Yes the mist was interesting but there are some famous views of the colourful palace that I had wanted to record that I couldnt. The weather did get better later in the day so it wasnt like that the entire time. Hope you are both having a fantastic and fun weekend, cheers from barnyz
Again a very nice video of you! It's a very beautiful place. I really like the misty atmosphere in the beginning. The castle of the Moors is very impressive. Of course you have my like. Many greetings 😀
Ciao, Barnyz!! Oh, Sintra is absolutely a place to visit and enjoy! No time enough to visit it during my trip to Lisbon years ago and I regretted it very much. Your images show a gorgeous beauty of this location. So full of tourists and I really imagine why. It's Amazing! And your filming in this season adds even more suggestion and charm in my opinion. Such a great upload, my friend. Interesting , very well filmed and edited. Nice weekend and see you soon. Always a pleasure to enjoy your channel. Ciao! Renata 👍👏
Thank you as always Renata. A shame you didn't get to visit, maybe another trip in the future :) Hope you are having a great weekend, cheers from barnyz
