I’m a bit of the opposite. Growing up I got sick literally every single month all throughout the school year. After graduating high school I don’t get sick nearly as often but in times like these where I do it’s still upsetting. 5 days with head cold, boxes of tissues used, feeling of water in head, chesty cough, sneezing. Taking antihistamine, steroid nose spray, antibiotic, covered in Vicks. Nothing working. Listened to this in bed last night…all stopped! Put it on again and slept. Woke up, no nose blowing or coughing, yet. Which alone is huge. Will listen every night and update.

I just wanted to give you an update. I was sick as a dog over the New Year holidays. Like you I took some of everything I could get without a prescription. On Tuesday after the weekend I called the clinic and was told the earliest I could see the Doctor would be Friday. Desperate for relief I found this video and listened to it in my sleep. I woke up much better the next morning. I continued to listen and by Friday didn't need to see the Doctor. These frequency video's work for me I'm thankful to have discovered this fact

Surprisingly, this works, like legit. Been listening to this for the past 3 nights while falling asleep, because I struggled to have my nose allergies go away , so i always had nasal congestion in bed. Listening to this , about 6 mins in, clears my nose little by little and i will always blow it with tissue and then go to sleep with my nose unclogged and i can finally breathe properly. Pro tip from me: • always sleep on the opposite side where your nostril is blocked. E.g. if your left nostril is blocked, then sleep on your right side and vice versa. I recommend listening to this sound with your earphones. •if both of your nostrils are blocked, then sleep on your back with an extra pillow, so that your head is tilting about 45° from your body. And then breathe thru your mouth. This may be uncomfortable but while doing so and then listening to this sound will make you feel better and fall sleep even faster, i promise

@@nxtech201I'm no physicists but through voracious reading, somethings do become self explanatory (allow me to surmise what may seem to you like insanity): A universe where everything is made of vibrations, Energy/electricity if nanoscopically peaked at slowly are just rapidly revolving sub atomic particles, in a set formation or sequence. Then if we bring them into contact accidentally with vibratory elements of differing frequencies, they can become misaligned, which we will experience as disharmony in our bodies. Ok do this guys: 1) keep drinking warm water 2) Gargle with warm salt water(Teaspoon of salt only) 3 times a day atleast 3) use a vicks balm or eat strepsil 4) eat vitamin c related foods 5) meditate and concentrate on throat and say all germs, all infection, all scratchiness is gone. 6) eat warm homemade foods

Finally figured out that it is best to use with headphones, distractions are not optimal. If you can actually focus and meditate it works quickly. Lots of water to flush pollutants out of your system when your nose is opened up. It is really strange but it seems to be working. This is a terrible thing to deal with, not breathing, anxiety, sleeplessness, but this might be a way out peeps! God bless you all and hope you have good luck with finding peace.

Pray for me please, my nose has been so blocked it’s just highly uncomfortable. I have rashes under my nose from how much sneezing and snot has been drooling out from my nose. It isn’t going away. @@89Prisc homeopathic remedies are kinda personal to the individual. By that I mean the remedy has a symptom profile, and you ideally match that to the symptoms of the patient. But what works for one person's cold, may not work for another. I use a fab group on fb called Mary's homeopathy study group. It's very informative and they will help you find remedies based on your symptoms. They also have a free course to help you understand how to treat acute issues. I've learned so much. We rarely use pharmaceuticals at all in our home xXx

Stav Galon No I'm not.. I think these work both consciously and subconsciously, and certain parts of the body react to certain frequencies no matter what. Bad bacteria and parasites are definitely killed by these frequencies by the electricity piggybacking the sound wavelength to where they are. These do work better if you consciously tell your body that your intention is to heal. If you don't believe it will help than rather stay neutral, they probably won't do much for you, but these aren't completely a placebo.

Here's a tip guys, pinch your nose hold your breath and keep moving your head up down side to side and after your out of breath, exale and inhale then do the same process. Trust me it works instantly. Do it for 5,6 times your nose will definitely clear up! :)

I have chronic sinus and allergy rhinitis. I listen to this very often and do not need to take any medicine. I am very grateful that I found this audio. This is pure magic. Don’t know if it cures completely but surely helps in easing the symptoms. Its like the medicine for me now. I have to listen this once or twice a day for 20 mins and sometimes more to manage my chronic problem.

I'm going to give it a try. I have a bad sinus infection suppose to be having surgery soon. Since 2016 at least it's been stuck in there ! Big glob of fungus I think. So besides breathing in steam by way of boiling water in a quarter full ( juice pitcher ) I have my pure mist,kalaya massager dispenser that penetrates my sinuses & meridians, I'm looking for new ways to deal with this. @@Southern195 Yes sometimes it does. Oregano oil helps me with infection & pain when my pain levels get outta hand. I read that in higher dosages it is equivalent to morphine . I quite agree. Though I will add that one must follow directions ( research it ) on the regular small dosages to take for infection & immunity building. I myself experiment with how much I take for pain and it's with caution & irregular. But boy it helps !!

LONG STORY SHORT: IT WORKS, THANK CREATOR FOR DOING THIS, THANK GOD FOR INSPIRING YOU AND FOR HELPING ME FIND THIS. Guys this is amazing, it CURED me in 3 hours. LONG STORY IF YOU WANT: Yesterday I was so pissed and so done with my nose I just pumped too much of spray up there. Not mentioning I've been using nasal spray for MONTHS now, daily. And we all know that's bad. And after overdosing (lmao) on nasal spray my nose became so swollen I had to breath through my mouth (and I can't do that for too long) and I couldn't even blow my nose. It was just swollen as fuck. And about hour later I had asthma symptoms, not attack, but real smol wheez(ish) breathing, couldn't take full deep breath. And I didn't wanna panick, so I played this and just relaxed (and used inhaler to prevent asthma attack) and I kept listening to it for 3 hours, because why not. After 3 hours I was breathing freely through my nose (spray should work 12 hours, not 3, so that was wayyy too fast for this swelling to come off) and today I woke up with almost (!) clear nose even tho EVERY FUCKING MORNING I pant like 15 years old dog. Now I listen to it to make sure I clean ALL stuff stuck in my sinuses for months, and I still feel more and more relief. I have good feelings about that and will try to liste at least hour a day for a month, using no spray at all (or only when my nose is blocked completely) and will try to update in comments. ALSO: people, don't use these sprays for long that 3-4 days FOR REAL. It literally made my nose tissue addicted to it and swelling when I DON'T use it. And they're all the same, so no brands, just don't use nasal sprays or drops, unless they are steroids for extreme allergies and it's prescribed. OTC sprays and drops will fuck you up. BUT THIS VIDEO WILL UNFUCK YOU

Day 3rd of hour daily listening: GUYS I SWEAR TO GOD THIS IS WORKING. I woke up with clear nose, then it was stuffed but I was able to blow my nose without any problems, I use nasal spray only when I go to sleep (so I won't wake up with blocked nose and trying to catch my breath). I also see that it affects my throat (I guess less mucus is going down there because there is less mucus in general), my voice is not so dry anymore. This is helping me on so many levels. Fucked up sinuses can even lead to asthma, so take care of ye noses people. Again, God Bless creator of this

@@jesssfym mine doesn't cause me to be able to not breathe. I can't breathe only when I was younger. I went to the hospital cause my mom saw me suffering to get some air. A medical cup (don't mind me, I'm not sure what it was called) was place to close my nose and mouth and I swear that was one of the best feelings ever. After staying in the hospital, I came out and had to do regular appointments to have the cup on my face. After that I could breathe. I suggest u seek the hospital treatment first then after that use this music to heal u. This is more effective for people with lots of snorts but still can breathe. U could try the music if u are patient enough but I doubt so. Who are patient enough when there's no air? I'm also an inpatient person so if I were u, I will go get treatment from hospital first then only get the music to heal u. Ofc, it took about a week or 2 for it to heal my sinus. I still have some snorts but not as bad as last time. I used to finish 4 handkerchiefs easily before afternoon but now I sneeze just a little, doesn't bother my work anymore

It's 2:52am and I just got out of bed in the middle of the night because my blocked nose made it miserable to be able to have a good night's sleep. After several sneezes and nose wipings, after having tried to inhale Vicks for the past so many minutes.. I just randomly looked up for this and gave it a shot. IT IS A MIRACLE. I had an horrible upper respiratory infection and sinus infection with a clogged sinus duct my whole tear duct was very swollen and very painful the doctor put me on antibiotics and steroids and I have been taking them but still the pain was so bad I started listening to the binarual beats and I could literally feel the pressure and pain start elevating after about 10 minutes in and the swollen knot in my tear duct is gone!! Abbalene... I'm glad it worked for you as it did to many people. Don't listen to Lisa. She needs to educate herself about the Power of Subconscious Mind even she herself doesn't know she possess. I've gone through depression and so as my son who took his life 5 years ago. I started listening to hypnosis 3 weeks ago. The first time I listened to it, I was happy and positive the next day. After listinening to hypnosis nightly, three weeks later, I'm completely a differrent person. It's the only thing that saved my life. I'm happy, bubbly, positive, looking forward to life again. I believe anything can and will work as long as the person is willing to put that specific energy out there… I believe I will recovery from this cold… quick story: several nights ago after tucking my little one into bed while she was going through a sinus, soar throat, cough, ears popping, tummy troubles type of cold I said to her “give me your hand little mama, now close your eyes and feel the energy of your cold/sickness transferring from you to me” with her precious heart of gold she said “ mommy no I don’t want you to be sick” but, I insisted… no less then a day later she was back to her peppy, energetic, adventurous young healthy self 🥰 and yet I happened to be sick! Is it ODD or is it GOD?! nothing is Gods world happens by mistake. He knew I can handle it. and that I will! My mantra for today: there is always someone out there dealing with way worse - dealing with life threatening illnesses - Today I will find beauty and gratitude in the parts of my body that are fully functioning and perfectly well. I can breathe well and normally I get rid of nasal congestion My immune system is strong and resilient I deserve to be healthy I am healthy All my body organs are working properly I no longer suffer from the flu I no longer sneeze a lot I sleep peacefully and well I'm so grateful for being so healthy My body works for me not against me 🙏

@Exactly 4:20 minutes nose tingles 4:22 sneezes twice. Tingles in my nose. Congestion loosening a minute later. Second by second gradual and gentle relief. I was taking the medicine like nyquil but this is what helps in multiple sessions per day. About every three hours I need to stop and play this throughout the day. We have the luxury to stay at home now to heal. Please pray for all my children and all the children affected by war. Please pray for us and send out good thoughts to the GREAT SPIRIT IN THE SKY to heal myself and daughter and I will keep taking the herbal remedies.

Even without a headset, these frequency videos by Good Vibes seem to help. They help more with a headset, though. Good Vibes is my go-to channel for whatever ails me. But I find guided meditations to be helpful, too, for healing both physically and emotionally. I wish good health and free breathing to other sufferers.

Blessed to keep finding natural remedies to all ailments deviated septum healing still might need operational but finding right frequencies to heal sinus and lungs from sinus drainage is Heaven
