Another great video. Loved the bit with the dumbbells - very honest humor and it’s a welcome break from the presentation. Lifestyle shots are also a great addition. Most people believe there’s a bubble in real estate (and there is) but there’s also been a huge increase in construction costs, in some instances, over 100% in as little as 7-10 years (both because of workers (less available people, over huge demand) and materials (more sophistication and “exoticness”) and that’s one of the reasons new homes are so expensive. A home may cost 5 million or 10 million, depending whether it’s less than, say, less than 7-10 years old (or has been totally remodeled in the same period). There’s also been a clear uptick in staging. Decor can easily go from 500k to 1M, and that obviously excluding exotic furniture. Again, awesome job. Take care,

Finally the long awaited pool scene 🤩 How is it that these kinds of toilets are still "unique" in the US, as they are virtually standard here in Europe for over 20 years? I am always surprised when I see those antique floor standing toilets with out-of-the-wall water tanks in newly constructed houses on your tours. Is there a reason for it?
I really like the design of this house, the architect designer really brings modern design which enriches a person living there in every way possible. Awesome. $15 Million dollar is worth the price.

This home has everything anyone could ask for and then some. I loved the downstairs of this home the most. The home theater and the gym with the sauna and and steam room was a big plus for me. And that view was totally amazing. Sierra is one amazingly beautiful woman. Very classy and athletic. I like her.

The way the sunlight floods the living room is incredible as well. And that wine room with the onyx! Holy cow! Views are breath-taking. A perfect bachelor pad! Take a shot every time Sierra says "Unique". You're welcome 🤣 What a fantastic home. It has everything you want to chill out in Hollywood. Luv the wood, granite, travertine and lighting fixtures. That pool is a different shape - that entire outdoor area looks gorgeous. That black granite in the garage is a nice touch. 2 bathrooms on the main floor - luv that. Especially when entertaining so that the ladies can have their own room to stink up vs sharing with the men. That downstairs pool bar, sport watching area, gym & cinema looks very nice. Large Laundry room - Very important. The Owners suite - Just WOW!! 2 toilets - nice, large tub, the massive party shower for 20 people, coffee/mini fridge wet bar area and lots of balcony space w/AWESOME Views!!! Lots of Goodness in this one. I've seen many homes and this one with the different materials is tastefully done. If I were to have a home built this would be the blue print I'd start with. There are at least two parking spots out front, one on the right, two in the garage, and two on the left, which is a pretty good amount of spots for a home in this area. There are already so many shot games going! haha There is no second kitchen and my team did a great job at film & editing!

That home looks really nice and brand new. I'm in awe by that incredible view of the top floor by the infinity pool even though i generally don't like being outdoors. I like the home theater which would be awesome to do some gaming up in there as well if i were fortunate enough or lucky enough to have a multi-million dollar luxurious home. It's great that you get to experience a variety of multi-million dollar luxurious homes. Keep up the great work. You're awesome!

Despite some serious shortcomings such as zero driveway and very close neighbors always over your shoulder, this home has some real positives in it’s design, views, floor layout, and also outstanding staging…kudos to the staging! May be worth the money, but I would want a driveway, larger garage space, and more privacy.
So there is a two car garage, at least a couple parking spaces out front, then one space on the side of the house and at least two on the other side. For a house on this street it does have a decent amount of parking space! Thank you for watching and the feedback 🙏
Very lovely. Nice house too :) Ticks all the boxes, solid view, infinity pool, open modern living and nicely implemented design details. Nice sophisticated front too. Airliner views yet fairly close and intimate neighborhood. Beverly Hills on the other side of the street. All it's missing is that beautiful woman. Who is she? :) Price level is pretty steep at 2k/sqft but it could be close to where prices have been pumped up to despite 8% interest rate.
