I think this beautiful place has undergone rehabilitation for a long time, but it is now open to the public. Some previous reviews rated this place 1 star just because they couldn't cliff dive and swim in this place, but now you can definitely swim and cliff dive here. I recommend renting a motorcycle for an easier tour around the island and an easier way to get to this spot. They have local guides before entering the Salagdoong beach, so you can definitely ask some questions there if the place is open for swimming and cliff diving. There is just a little walk down to the beach because vehicles are only allowed if you have senior citizens with you.
Overall, this place is 10/10! The beach is beautiful, and the cliffs are safe for cliff diving. They have a lifeguard on duty on the cliffs and the lifeguard there is very helpful. He even took a picture of us. I recommend that you search on the internet ahead of time to know the time of the high tide and the condition of the weather before going there, so you can really enjoy your stay.
