Tories have all the best attack lines for KS - buying his mother land for a donkey sanctuary, saving a dog from being put down, and now working for free fighting against the death penalty. How anyone could vote for someone of such obvious dubious moral standing is beyond me? 🤣
@@cupguin Ah, but if you're even slightly to the left of the Tory party then you're a hypocrite if you want to make money or be successful apparently, particularly if you don't immediately give all your money to a charity.
@@cupguin The reason it is unforgivable is that the profit is not going into an offshore account to avoid paying tax. Rule 13,684; You will avoid paying tax, if not, you can't join our party. Rule 13,685; You will have a great accountant ho can ensure that you will always have spare cash, and a supply of plain, brown envelopes, in order to pass on your donations to the party, never less than 25% of your monthly income. Always use the same contact, and observe the "cell system of deniability".
What the Tories are REALLY upset about is the fact that Starmer has a work ethic, has good policies given the constraints caused by 14 years of total disaster, and has not only a moral compass, but values too. The Tories can't stand that. They believe in greed, arrogance, abject incompetence, cruelty, racism xenophobia and culture wars because they have failed the country in every conceivable way, and dog whistle culture wars is all they have left.
Imagine if Keir Starmer had represented the accused in the Post Office scandal, and Pro Bono on top. The Tories would run him out of Parliament shouting, "Burn the Witch," at the top of their voices.
Sunak really is asking for Keir to point out that, during this period at the cps, Sunak was working as a hedgefunds manager who made millions by deliberately destabilising banks and helping to start the financial crash.
Highlighting the insanity of all the Geoff Geoffrey MPs of this world. One of the most damming phrases of recent years is "Its just not British". Good work , Matt.
I genuinely don't know whether to laugh - I mean you're really funny Matt - or to cry in anger and frustration because it is so true of the modern CONservative politicians.
No conservative has ever done anything useful for the country. Instead of intelligent cruelty, we now have the cruelty continued by people so dense their shadows look bright by comparison. Tory Party = destruction of everything useful to the country.
"I'm joined by the Minister for Innuendo and Dog Whistles, the Right Honourable Geoffrey Geoff-Geoffrey, MP." Another spot on job title and brilliant name. Later I kept imagining adverts for "Pro-bono" doggy treats - the treat your pet pouch can eat between meals without ruining its appetite. Keep them coming Matt!
Helping to cause the banking crash cannot hold a candle to the disgusting action that is saving people from execution. Another great attack line by Sunak
@@elliotwilliams7421no they didn't don't talk shit 😅didn't realise the party had so much power it caused a global recession 😅but whatever never let the facts get in he way
I've taken to leaving the room and ensuring that all risks are prevented as soon as I see Matt appear on my feed. I was a bit confused when I rushed out to have TV Advertising be promoted to me! 😁
Please do one about the 15 minute cities thing. I need to commiserate with your comedy that such a conspiracy theory has actually managed to have an impact on government 😢
The Tories keep slinging that mud, but it just won’t stick. Not only that, but it backfires every single time 😂 I swear every one of these just get better and better. Minster for Innuendo and Dog Whistles 🤣 Actually less daft than Minster for Common Sense 😂 Top work MG 💪
That was weird. Why would they attack sir Kid Starver so weakly when the man never made a promise he didn't break? He's still supporting the Gaza genocide, ffs.
Can I answer, "All of them"? Then I have all their money, and will have four houses to sell, and I'll be able to buy a really classy bungalow in Scotland, well away from future flooding. Does that sound selfish? Because I don't feel as if it is. OH, BLOODY HELL, I'm a closet Tory. Oh, poops and bottoms and dirty nappies.
Matt IS BRILLIANT tho! AlLways Absolutely SPOT-on with his political Satire! 😂😂😂 Tories are an ABSOLUTE Gift to Comedians......just like Last Tory Gov under Thatcher! Comedy gold....
So, the Conservative's shameful culture wars have started. I assume you've read the Daily Telegraph headline, (likely dictated direct from Downing Street): "Starmer helped free some of UK's most dangerous prisoners" Sunak's plan is to attack Starmer, the former barrister for working as a barrister when he was a barrister, intending to blame Starmer for court rulings presumably reached with a majority judgement of the jury! Adam Wagner, a Barrister himself, interviewed by James O'Brien on LBC, advised that Barristers have very specific responsibilities - so have to take the brief they are given - under their professional code of conduct: "You must not withhold your services or permit your services to be withheld: 1. on the ground the nature of the case is objectionable to you or any section of the public; 2. on the ground that the conduct, opinions or beliefs of the prospective clients are unacceptable to you or to any section of the public." This shameful article by the Telegraph, which is basically a smear campaign and evidence of how desperate the Tories are, further undermines the rule of law.
On a legal level, the main problem with Starmer isn’t him defending criminals or alleged criminals but him fitting up the innocent - Assange being the best example of this.
"Being charged through the nose" - I am not familiar with that expression. Is that a common saying? From context I am guessing, it means to charge upfront?
There are several lines of attack that would work well for Starmer, like him being a duplicitous and backstabbing liar who betrayed each and every pledge he made in order to get his current position, and then used that power to enact a Stalinist purge against a large number of the people of his own party. Unfortunately for the Tories these kind of arguments don’t work for them because that’s all stuff they agree with.
As other's have pointed out there's plenty to criticise Starmer for (taking 'donations' from private healthcare firms and similar). I absolutly can not stand Starmer but representing people in court is not one of my criticisms. His total disregard for honesty in politics however is basis for disliking him.
for F sake,Will you stop keep on going on...........About the Labour Party,Finished with,14 f****** years ago,Still going on about them.....why ?????? don't you know what finished with means ?????????
