But the trinitarian doctrine is not supported in scripture. That doctrine states there are 3 persons in one God-head, that's not Scriptural. In fact, this doctrine began in Rome by the catholic church.

In Matthew 1:16, we see that after the baptism of Christ, the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus like a dove. We learn a bit later in that same John 14 (specifically verses 16-18) that Jesus would send the holy Spirit down to earth after His ascension, the Holy Spirit is also referred to as a Counsellor, Guide and much more. In Acts 2, the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles on the day of Pentecost and they started praying and speaking in (other) tongues that even they (in their humanity) did not understand. That's why we're in the Spirit, it's a lot easier to pray, thank the Lord and make requests etc, for we are in perfect unity with God. Which reminds me of this verse: Romans 8:26 - "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession [a]for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." I hope this helps bro.❤✝
