As someone who’s high functioning autistic, having a huge life change like quarantine happen overnight was horrible, and for weeks on end I couldn’t go a day without some kind of panic attack or nausea, I can even remember having to rock back and forth in my bed to calm down 😂. But as the days went by, I started to find some of your videos, especially the MOTHER gameplay, and would get so immersed that I could actually forget all the stress I had been feeling, and for that I am eternally grateful

I’ve been thinking about committing too but what stopped me was thinking that once you hit rock bottom you have no other choice but to go up, you just gotta take life day by day and remember to take a second and breathe, but don’t just lay in your sorrow for it will just get worse I hope that helped I’m still trying to get over my depression and learning how to deal with my anxiety but when I feel an attack coming on these tips help it end faster or sometimes it avoids the situation all together❤️❤️ you are gorgeous human bean and your life is worth living
