+isaac singletary Hi Isaac! We recommend cleaning the separator once every 3-5 uses. In addition, we recommend washing the HEPA filter at least once every 4 months. When cleaning, make sure the water level stays between MIN and MAX lines (it's important if you're picking up liquid spills). Never pick up any flammable liquids with Sirena and always use the Wet/Dry hose (not the Power Nozzle) for picking up liquids. For more tips - please follow us on Facebook and RU-vid. If you have a specific question - send us an email to info@sirenainc.com ~ Team Sirena
Hi Dale! Most of our distributors are vacuum cleaner shops that can provide repair and replacement services. You can find the full list here: sirenasystem.com/find-a-dealer/ In rare cases when there are no dealers nearby we can issue an RMA number and provide service at one of our warehouses. Feel free to contact us at 1-855-474-7362 (toll-free) if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena

This is same like rainbow which has been there for more than 50 years. A demo in this video as to how it picks up dirt and how to dispose/clean the dirt collected would have been nice.
+kangal1999 Thank you for your comment. We agree that Rainbow pioneered the water-based vacuum cleaner technology. The main difference between our machine and Rainbow isn't the technology used, but the price and the method of distribution. As for the video itself, we had a hard limit of only 5 minutes on the show so we couldn't cover everything that we would like to. If you are interested in seeing Sirena in action - please check out the other videos on our channel. ~ Team Sirena
+sweetsweatyfeet You are correct in assuming the water must be dumped after use, and that if you have pets it could contain large amounts of pet fur. Dumping the water is still better than the alternative, which is to leave large amounts of fur and dirt in your home, or have it breed germs and bacteria in a vacuum bag. There are a few ways you can deal with this. If there is a large amount of fur, you can dump it into your garden area outside, which also has the added benefit of keeping unwanted pests and animals away (they don’t like our dogs). You could also pour it down the toilet, but we would recommend a strainer left strictly for this purpose, or down a “laundry” style sink, again we recommend straining. Within hours the fur is dry and can be disposed of. Please remember - your vacuum is like a garbage bag, it is full of garbage, and should be dumped or emptied as often as possible, so the minor inconvenience of dumping the water means you will have a cleaner indoor environment with less effort! ~Team Sirena

So I'm assuming you dump the dirty water down the toilet. I guess that means owners of pets will be dumping copious quantities of pet hair down the toilet. I don't think so unless you want to seriously clog up your drains.
This demo is exactly like the rainbow demo, and the sirena and it's parts looks not as heavy duty as what a person can get on when he or she buys a rainbow which can last the person a life time my rainbow is going to be ten years old and I have never done any form of work on it the machine it still has the same hepa filter which should be changed once a year but some how it run like a champ with no problems buy a rainbow even if it is used model which could cost 1/4 the price compared to new which cost to $1200-$2500
Rainbow is rubbish for what you get. The machine is in no way worth $3,000. This machine gets better reviews, includes attachments, costs $800, and doesn't require you to sit through hours of cheesy multilevel marketing double talk just to buy it.
