Does the constitution talk about separate laws for the 3 arms of government? I will rather suggest the law is applied to health personnel. I do not understand even the application of Article 71 where Ex gratia is paid every 4 years. We all have emergencies, we all go to work. Why don't we rather find the cause of the traffic situations and find solutions. I would not be surprised if in the future, our MPs will ask for special number plates for their vehicles.
