I have been following you from last years of my clg life, I'm a Micro stud and wanted to tell you that a lot and lot of students of NBU are crazy about you - it's like if we want to know any topic in deep ,we simply log in to you ...just to let you know that a hell lot of clg studs watch you and we talk about you and we all have seen the journey of your channel.... Thank you so much for being with us from our first yr to last one ❤
I am learning all my topics from one and only yours channel seriiously. First thing first that comes in mind when i have a problem in any topic is "shomus biology". Thank you so much. 😍 love from Pakistan! Stay blessed 🤞
Sir, thank u very much you saved my time and made very easy to learn these things and watched your lectures more to study my molecular pharmacology subject.
Hi Suman sir...I feel the extreme joy of learning while watching your videos....Can you please make a video on RNA i antagonist process .....how the plant viruses suppress the RNA i ....
Once I had dumped this rna interference part coz it was so hard..but now I understood everything and its easy..thanku so much sir..u are really awesome.
No doubt great teacher you are😊..but plz make it clear that..only siRNA need NPC complex for its transportation (from nucleus to cytoplasm) or miRNA and shRNA also need????
Thank you very much, you are amazing. I have been following your tutorials for a long time. But in this video I think there is a mistake, you said RISC is constructed of slicer and Argonaut, this is a mistake because the slicer is Argonaut, but other parts are components like GW182.
sir, its Very knowledge full video, it makes my whole concept clear about siRNA but i wanna know about the various types of siRNA like survivin and many more. So can u pls help me sir
Many thanks for the video. Very informative as usual. However, if I'm not wrong, there is a mistake. In the RNAi introductory video, you say Dicer is RNase H, but you say Argonaut is RNase H in this video.
Which strand remained attached to the RISC complex if it would of been the antisense one then and only then we get an inhibition effect of target mRNA.. what if that strand is a sense strand.. then the whole process will be futile?.. plz answer the query.. it was a helpful video though..
bro you say that in miRNA after forming RISC there are two domains one is paz that attach with single stranded mRNA & another is pivi domain have RNase activity..OK in all type of so,sh,mi RNA strands are unwinds by helicase?? are some factors involved??
