Walking along a darkened seemingly-deserted side street my stroller hit a rough spot & I tumbled sideways onto the rand. As i struggled to get up, 3 people came rushing across the street from two different directions to help me. It was as if they came from nowhere. Here was goodness incarnate manifesting in an awkward situation that could have been crippling as my old bones are unaccustomed to falls. My first thought was that here was a lesson. In my need on a dark deserted street I sensed peace & comfort in the form of 3 strangers. A mundane occurrence yet I'll never forget it. Here was peace, comfort & goodness.
